Cheap city center new clean Reception needs cleaning

There is no air condition in the room

The woman helping with check-in was very polite and helpful. They were able to accommodate a same-day booking after my first option cancelled my booking at the time of check-in. The air conditioning is just a fan in the room. The room got very hot and the fan wasn’t enough to cool it down as it ended up only blowing hot air. My room also was next to the balcony for the entire floor. There was balcony access from the hallway and from my room, but the door to the balcony in my room did not lock.

Affordable. Comfortable. Quiet. Share bathroom were very nice, clean and never had to wait. A bit far from historic downtown. Whatever you walk, use GG Taxi, or a combination using Metro it will take you a good half an hour to go like the Place of Republic. In my opinion the mattresses were a bit old or too soft for my taste, but it was a budget room and would not complain.

My Great Experience at Land of Ararat Hotel in Yerevan This was my second hotel in Yerevan, and it was much better than my first stay at Orion Hostel, which had the same price. The best part of my experience started right at check-in, when I met the wonderful woman at the front desk. Her warm smile and friendly welcome really made me feel at home and helped me enjoy my time in this city more. The Staff Makes the Difference: The woman working at reception during the day is really special. She can speak many languages, and when she saw my Iranian passport, she offered to speak Persian with me! Her Persian is very good, and she helped me a lot during check-in and throughout my stay. It was so nice to find someone who could speak my language and was so helpful. Food and Breakfast: The breakfast is very good and filling. You get enough food to keep you going through your morning activities, which is great. Kitchen and Common Areas: The hotel has a kitchen where you can cook your own food. It has pretty much everything you need for cooking. I often met other guests there and had nice chats. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the landlord of the hotel. He was very kind and, like the receptionist, could speak different languages. It was nice to see that the friendly atmosphere starts from the top. Perfect for Work and Relaxation: I came here to relax and do my online work, and this place was exactly what I needed. The friendly atmosphere, helped by the kind reception staff, made it a perfect place to stay. There should be more toilet paper.

The location, clean room, good design, great personal, we appreciated that the personal speaks english Loud noises after 10pm, and loud noises early in the morning, i know we had room down right next to the reception, but staff could take that in mind. That was not good.

Dirty rooms and bathrooms, need renovation

The staff (many pluses)= and greeting surprise - konjac. The room is well equipment for 1-2 days staying. For longer time I will miss cabinet. The rate price:quality is fear. Good location near big citymall (huge supermarket), public transport and what was important for men close Ukrainian embassy. The breakfast was so nice. Room and kitchen are clean. Very comfortable bed Hotel consist of 2 buildings, mine was next door to the main hotel. First and second floor are office space, 3d rooms. For me it was not a problem at all I noticed that the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. It wasn’t anything serious, but I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail in this area. The room was a little bit cold. The second heater made the situation better, but it took some time to warm room. Despite this, my experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again.

The hotel was excellent value for money. The location is pretty convenient, a lot of possibilities around. Taxis to the city centre are very cheap, but the distance is also walkable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We liked the hospitality of the hotel management. On our arrival we were greeted by a cup of house made cognac. The cleanliness was not the best in our room. There was hair left from the previous guests on the bathroom floor. The breakfast had a lot of packed sweets and very few salty options.

Good and clean room, breakfast is good and enough for each person Staff are very nice and friendly. Location is near a big supermarket Location is a little to far from enter of the city Yerevan and you can't go with walking.
