The table was not well cleaned, there were marks on it, and the floor was not well swept. When we approached, they were surprised that we had a reservation. They didn’t give us a toothbrush, and the toilet paper was used. The hotel door was closed at 12:00 AM, and we had to wait and make noise for them to open it

Very good location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great facilities etc. All-around very good. The only issue was that we had to knock on the glass for the night security to open the door.

Hotel get closed at 10PM. No proper toiletries were available. No room service was available. Completely wastage of money.

Staff was very welcoming immediately upon arrival. They allowed us to check in early and helped us to our room. The triple bed room was huge and included a mini fridge, sofa, and everything needed for a solid stay. The location was great and we could easily walk to many shops and convenience stores around the hotel. There was even a park next to the hotel! Would definitely recommend this hotel for the great price, convenient location, and friendly staff.

This was the worst experience ever ! False information about the hotel is advertised on booking.com! No heating in the room! I literally shivered all night while they closed every heating equipment in the room and no English speaking person available to talk to. They are so cheap they turn all lights off during the night that the hotel corridor is so dark to step outside of room. Rude hotel management and staff. They throw my luggage out when checking out of hotel after complaining about their poor service. This is not a 3-star hotel! Very rude and disrespectful management! Very disappointing experience. They are not even a 1 star hotel!!! Nothing

Rooms are good and clean ,But except Rooms Everything bad ,Wifi internet speed is worst ,public free wifi 100 times speeder than hotel wifi ,Hotel staff looks not have any experience in hospitality industry i think they lacks professionalism required for hospitality industry , In this hotel they run swimming classes and gym for outside ppl ,so whole day from morning to midnight it will be Noisy ..Hotel still follows cheap and old rules ,when ever guest go out they have to handover room keys in reception ,Though hotel rooms are clean .Staffs behaviour,wifi speed,Noise disturbance ,Hotel rules make your stay unpleasant ,For Business travelers this hotel must avoid ,Its not worthy at that price as You can easily find better hotels in Yerevan at that price... Wifi internet speed worst, Staff lacks professionalism required for Hospitality industry ,Noise disturbance ,Hotel rules like Whenever Guest go out they have to handover keys at reception..
