Location is the only positive thing. Almost everything is broken or on its last legs. The sewer stinks from broken water seals. The electrical outlets are falling out. The refrigerator stinks. Everything is pretty dirty. I understand it is cheap hostel, but things like water seal and power sockets should be fixed ASAP.

I would recommend this place to those who want to stay in Yerevan on a budget. For those who, like me, need place to just shower and sleep. I stayed on 3-rd floor and no elevator. If you have heavy bags it could be a problem.

The mattress was old and uncomfortable, the shower was broken, the bathroom smelled bad, and the water was shut off at night. The staff seemed more focused on collecting payment than fixing the problems in the room.

The room has private bath room and a clean refrigrator. The beds were really unconfortable. There was a bad matress and it hurts my neck and back. I got muscle spasme. I couldnot sleep. The room was very dirty. There were so much dust on the floor and in the room corners. Some insects were in the room. Bad smell comes from bathroom that didnot removed by washing and cleaning. The name of hotel is very remote of what the place is.
