It’s same time good location inside of the park and close to the views of the city but same time it’s very hight up and almost impossible to go down and then up. Gonna use the taxi So much I didn’t like. First of all it’s not a 5 star hotel. Used to be but not anymore. All carpets in the stains same as wall and watermarks deep in the furniture. I stayed there 6 days and somehow not ones my bedding was changed. Missing towels. Didn’t refill water. Problems with the shower and etc There is a car wash under ur window and it worked 24/7!!! In the winter time u can’t adjust AC so it’s pretty stuffy inside so u have to keep opening and closing window none stop.

Very disappointing service. The staff were rude and unprofessional in their attitude and responses. Some interactions were outright impolite, and it felt like they had little to no concern for the guests’ needs or complaints. This significantly affected our overall experience. Also location wasn’t ideal , we had to take taxi rides for everything we did

They didn’t have the extra bed we requested before arrival, so one of us had to sleep on a torn mattress. This is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5-star.

Nice hotel with lot of amenities including swimming pool, Steam & Sauna. there is a nice pub and good breakfast. Next to the Hotels there is a huge park and walking distances to few attractions. There was a A/C problem initially, to compensate that the moved us to a suite.

Nice big rooms, good Wi-Fi, beautiful exterior, and stylish elevators with glass panels. I especially appreciated the welcome ice drink and sweets at the entrance – such a thoughtful and refreshing touch. I enjoyed it every time I entered or left the hotel. However, the spa was disappointing. Despite visiting five times, I only received a towel on two occasions – and even then, just one. Most of the time, they either avoided giving towels or claimed they had none available. The water dispensers often had empty bottles, no glasses, or no water at all. It feels like the management is focused only on the hotel’s appearance from the outside, not on maintaining the experience inside. My recommendation to the manager: a beautiful exterior is not enough – the inside must be clean, well-maintained, and cared for as well
