I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect just at the top of Yerevan. Overall it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It’s right around the corner from Cascade and a walking street packed with great restaurants, but still totally quiet at night so you get a great sleep. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything we needed. Huge bonus that we could park the car safely on-site instead of leaving it on the street. Honestly though, you don’t even need a car staying here since it’s so central and you can just walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again!

The TV in the room was from the 18th century, the cleaner entered the room every day without permission.

Location is amazing, near to the center and downtown. Private parking for your car. Room is well heated in the winter. Breakfast plates have good variety and quality. Room size is good and bathroom has “Shattaf”. No Tea/coffee maker in the room, room view was on the backyard, tv screen was very small, no facilities in the hotel

Air conditioning was not functioning properly, it was warm inside the room even when we set the thermostat at the lowest We felt colder with the door opened.

Breakfast is very poor, do not recommend to eat here. AC is not working properly in August.

The location was really good and the value for money was perfect, it’s very close to the cascade stair and it really does the job Same as most reviews , small rooms and the metro noise , we were not very bothered as we stayed one night, but I think it is perfect for singles rather than families

Location was superb Staff was helpful and friendly Breakfast spread could be improved. Found hair in the bread twice on consecutive mornings. Shower curtain would be good as the whole bathroom becomes messy after a shower.
