I was really happy that the women's bathrooms and showers were separate. I highly appreciated having separate restroom and shower facilities for women. I ordered lunch and dinner, but the portion size was too small for one person.

Very attentive and helpful staff, accommodated my middle of the night arrival and additional needs. The space is well set up, easy to find and navigate within. Bathroom was a little tight but very clean

Walking distance to any major attraction in Yerevan, you have a place to return to, relax in the garden, take a shower and of course have the capsule for privacy which you would not have in a shared dorm hostel. Late night check-in went smoothly, could pay with card. Wifi was excellent, good speed. Maintenance was due: WC space was missing a few tiles, door could not be locked properly, the locker did not really locked anything (could be open with a screwdriver), found hair on my bed sheets on arrival. Initial communication raised concerns about their professionalism. Silent hours are not really enforced, so bring earplugs.

The price was quite cheap, and the location was okay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and doing an okay job. The layout is inconvenient. The kitchen, reception, rooms, and laundry are all on different floors, so you end up walking up and down a lot. You also need to ask for a key to use the kitchen, and you can’t access the laundry yourself. The rooms feel very basic, the floors were not very clean, and it was hot until I asked for the AC to be turned on. There's nowhere to hang up your towel either, so it just hangs wherever. One staff member was friendly, but communication with her was awkward because she often could not hear me clearly and seemed surprised by simple requests. Some rules also felt strange, like not being allowed to take a towel to the gym. It’s fine for a quick cheap stay, but I would not stay longer.

It was great. Good privacy in the capsules (better than a bunk bed in my opinion). Clean. Good lounge and outdoor area. I have added one day to my stay. Great reception, very helpful.

Great staff and good location.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had during all my travels. First of all, the hostel is located on a mountainside, and reaching it requires climbing an unbelievable number of stairs just to get to the entrance, which is in a very unattractive neighborhood. After entering, you still have to climb many more stairs with no elevator at all just to reach the main floor. The entrance door is always open, the temperature inside was around 5°C, and the capsules are placed extremely close to each other. The capsules themselves were dirty and smelled bad. Despite using my own personal bedsheet, insects bit me all over my body during the night. Their idea of “breakfast” is literally just one sausage — probably the worst hostel breakfast I’ve ever seen. Because it was freezing at night, I asked the staff to turn on the heating system, but they refused. To avoid freezing, I used an extra blanket that was there, and in the morning they tried to charge me the price of an extra night just for using that blanket. The staff were extremely rude, unreasonable, and completely unprofessional. Sleeping in these capsules is no different from sleeping on a park bench. In fact, it’s even worse because you risk skin problems from the unhygienic conditions, stomach issues from the terrible breakfast, catching a cold because of the freezing temperature, back pain from the uncomfortable mattress, and mental stress from dealing with the staff.

All the positive reviews seem fake and misleading. This was honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Almost all the capsules were empty during my entire stay, yet on Booking.com it showed that only one capsule was left available, clearly to pressure people into booking. The ratings do not reflect the real experience at all.

Some guests may be loud in the later evenings but the staff makes sure to remind loud guests about their inappropriate behaviour, so it wasn't too big of a deal.

The beds are great with many colors of lightning! I really enjoyed the pink, red and green lights! Had so much fun making videos with space theme using the lights! The location is also superb! And they offer free laundry which is very helpful, eventhough I didn't need it this time. All the best!

Near the city center and cascade complex I had booked a stay at Capsula Hotel before arriving in Yerevan and confirmed that check-in time was 2 PM. I arrived around 3 PM, but unfortunately, no one was there and the place appeared closed. I waited outside for almost 30 minutes. There was a pin code system at the entrance, which made me unsure whether I was even at the correct location. The property is also quite difficult to find, as it’s located in a hidden area, and as a solo traveler, it didn’t feel very safe arriving there. Since I had already booked in advance, this situation disrupted my travel plans and forced me to search for alternative accommodation last minute. I believe the hotel needs to significantly improve its communication and check-in coordination to avoid such inconvenience for future guests.

Location was good Very little heating in winter. Too many steps to climb. Cold facilities in winter discourage taking a shower. Only two toilets for about a dozen guests at any given time. Difficult to keep the toilets clean

The hostel,specially the common area is cold and the kichen must be wY better than what it is, they have an amazing garden that they can use for events but they don't do special activities.

The only bothering thing, which is out of the place's control anyway, is that sometimes other guests are noisy!
