1. The location is really good. 2. The hostess, Mara, is really sweet and kind. 1. I stayed in the 8 bed mixed dorm room which was the only dorm available to book. It was smelly. There are no shelves or lockers to put your stuff. There was stuff everywhere. It was very messy. 2. There are no curtains on the beds. 3. One shower for the entire facility. 4. There is no common area. The kitchen also is the common area but you can smoke in the kitchen, so the entire kitchen area which was the basement/ ground floor was filled with cigarette smell. I couldn’t even stay there to drink coffee. 5. It really didn’t have a hostel environment. I stayed 2 nights and moved to a different hostel. I couldn’t come back to the hostel before it was time to sleep, because there’s literally no place to just hang out other than your bed if you don’t like cigarette smoke.

The hosts were very kind and helpful, the property it’s an ideal location for exploring Yerevan. The rooms were clean, kitchen well-equipped, the bed comfortable.

There’s only one shower, but fortunately I’ve never had to wait.

The location was very good. Near a relaxing park that you can go to every afternoon. It’s also surrounded by restos and the tourist spots are walkable (republic square, vernissage ). It was quiet and calm. They also have a balcony where you can have your “me-time” or morning meditation, or just observing people and clouds. I really loved this place. It was only that you have to go down to first floor for taking a shower. Overall, everything was great.

I am really happy with my stay, staff was extremely nice, place is (really) clean, very tidy and quiet Lots of shops and places to visit nearby Poor weather, I've had only 1 day to visit

The only issue was that there’s no wifi in the kitchen and the kitchen basically is the only “common area” in the hostel. Also, the wifi worked in other areas of the hostel but it wasn’t great.

I booked a double private room for myself, it was located on the thirds floor and the shower was in the ground floor (only the toilet was also on the third floor). The bed was very uncomfortable (I could feel the springs). No real common areas to sit and socialize (which is the reason why I book hostels when I travel solo).

So convenient and accessible. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice staff I guess It would be way better if there were more closets in the rooms so that each guest could have their own locker inside the room instead of downstairs.

The hostel is located in a very nice area of Yerevan. You can walk to the city center and reach many parks in a few minutes. It was perfect for our 3-day stay. The hostel is clean and the staff did the best to communicate with us even though there was a language barrier. There is only one shower in the bottom floor.

They will work tirelessly for you. If you need anything, they will help you in any way possible and all the hostel staff do.

The location of the hostel is beyond perfect. Everything is close and nearby. The air conditioning in the rooms during the summer is really a lifesaver, believe me. Hostel has nice rooftop, where you can dry your clothes or just chill. Washing machine and a shower can be used. In the kitchen you can cook for yourself (pan, toaster, microwave). Everything was good and well-kept. But its a bit hard to communicate with the staff, since they speak only Armenian and Russian. If you speak Russian a bit you will be fine, but take a translator with you, if you dont speak Russian/Armenian.

Family owned hostel. They are very friendly and helpful! There's no living are to meet people
