My expectations were completely disappointed - it wasn't a private hotel room, but a room with a toilet in an apartment. The building was slated for demolition and is currently being renovated, and there's a huge hole in the wall where a window should be in the entryway! The towels and bed linen aren't very fresh, and the shower stall isn't watertight. It doesn't match the photo.

Location is excellent Good WiFi Laundry machine, if you need it Owner is responsive, airport pickup Room is well sized Main problem was the shower - hot water only lasts 5 minutes, and the shower tub is not properly installed. Water leaks so much I needed to dry up the floor with towels and wring them out into the shower tray after, then leave them to dry and repeat the next day. The bathtub is fully separate from the wall and not stable. The other things below I can put up with, but this is not something you want to have to do daily on holiday Insects in the room (pictures) This is not a hotel - it’s an ancient apartment building with a concrete staircase you can literally see through The bannister on the stairs is a flick away from collapsing There is no 24-hour desk and they don’t offer airport transfer from the hotel for all hours Desk and chair are barebones (fine), but you can’t sit back properly in the chair Bed mattress is so soft it sinks a lot, might not be your thing Door is tricky to lock and not properly fitted

Ten minutes to reach the central square. Price is very reasonable. This is a private tiny apart-hotel with four rooms and a common entrance hall organized in a former apartment. High Audibility. If other guests do not know how to behave, your sleep may be disturbed. Hope you'll get lucky. There is no signage - so it's hard to find. I couldn't understand that it's the right place. You also need to warn the owner about your time of arrival to avoid waiting in front of a locked entryway.

This mini-hotel is located in an old house, and its entrance may look gloomy. However, the room was simply fresh and cozy.

The room was fine. This is not a hotel!!!! This is an apartment containing 4 rooms, each with it's own bathroom. The house itself is super old and doesn't have windows in the stairwell.

The location was good but it doesn’t outweigh the awful condition of the property’s building. The building is pooched with holes in the main hallway walls and holes in the stairs. It was terribly cold because of it. Although, there were no visible signs that the property itself was unclean but it felt like it was.

All I can say, it’s the most amazing place. It’s clean, spacious and the owner is so accommodating. none, all is perfect.

We have stayed here before, and once again, the price-to-quality ratio is just perfect. The hostel is right in the city center, with a 24-hour store nearby and my favorite coffee shops just around the corner. This time, we stayed in a different room without a balcony, but it was still great. There’s a fridge and all the necessary kitchenware. The room had towels, two blankets, and a comfortable bed. There was also a small heater, so it wasn’t cold, and the air conditioner was available as well. There aren’t many dishes, so sometimes they may not be enough when all the rooms are occupied.

The room is modest but very clean The room and shared spaces are well equipped : hair dryer, fridge, boiler, heating wifi etc Comfortable bed Old and creepy building but renovated interior, overall a fun experience No signaling so it's hard to find the location without a local sim card I was told that there wasn't any water between midnight and 7am due to works. No big deal but a heads up would have been nice No toiletries Overall, given the price, the place was clean and functional enough.

NOT APPLICABLE ALL AREAS HAD A VERY POOR CLEANING. (BED, ROOM AND TOILET FLOOR)

Also the room is clean..it’s a quiet and peaceful place, though the building is old but when you inside the room it’s renovated. Thank you! Planning to visit again!

One of neighbors were noisy, glad he stayed only for one day.
