Diamond hotel is in an excellent location. It is near various POIs, good restaurants etc. I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful when booking some private taxis and gave some good guidance about the neighbourhood. The shower pod in the bathroom is quite cramped. If other clients are active in the night in the hallway you can hear them.

Location, easy access for all the fancy places and restaurants. No smart TV , Breakfast.Pay cash in Hotel , not bank or credit working.

The location,being at an excellent central area. Also the good behavior of hotel staff in charge of different services, especially a Mr.Vigen.

Nice rooms in the middle of town. The things i didn't like were mostly about booking.com, not the hotel. - Incorrect facility information (pool/bidet not present) - Did not communicate my preferences (two small beds when we wanted 1 large) We booked last-minute in peak season, which is a bad idea - much more expensive. Don't do this!

First of all, the bathroom is very, very small and bothersome. The bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. Another thing is that during our stay, the upper floors of the hotel building were undergoing construction repairs, which sometimes even started from 7:30 in the morning!

The staff is very acoomofating and friendly. I didint like about the property is the room its not the same as in the photo. The adjustment of aircon is not functioning you can hear the noice from outside and asking for a room transferr and they said its not allowed

The location is perfect All staffs are friendly the ladies and the young ones except for the Man when we checked out around 7am this January 3, we had a hard time going down with a lot of luggage because the elevator is closed but did not even turn it on i needed to ask for help before helping us to carry luggages, then the lights are off we waited in the door area in the dark and the reception, the man just sleeping in the lobby area for customers without even offering the lobby and turn on the lights.. After we gave the key he just go back to sleep in the couch and us as customers just standing there waiting for our taxi for around 15 to 20 minutes. During our stay the young man if he is in charge of the door he is very accommodating, but the older one never even open the door in the 9 days of our stay… Tanya and Alia are very welcoming and accommodating to guests.

Just the location was good…the hotel was terrible…the receptionists were friendly but hotel was far different compared to pictures. The room was not clean, the bathroom was too old and didn’t seems clean, there was no breakfast, no restaurant in the hotel….

The only positive aspects were the excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, and proximity to beautiful and high-quality restaurants. The carpet in the room was very dirty and old. No breakfast was provided. The TV had very limited channels. The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. There was a noisy, empty refrigerator. No soundproof windows, with disturbing outside noise. The price was high compared to the quality.
