Great Location with Room for Improvement The hotel's location is excellent, with a small park right in front and Saryan Street just a short walk away. There are plenty of delicious restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area, making it a great base for exploring the city. The breakfast was decent, but nothing particularly special. One small suggestion: it would be nice to have more variety in the meat options. During our 7-night stay, it felt like we were eating hotdogs almost every morning! ? A couple of things to keep in mind: the rooms do not have a wardrobe or cabinet for storing clothes, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Also, soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms can sometimes be noticeable. Overall, the fantastic location is the hotel's strongest feature, but a few improvements would make the stay even more comfortable. Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) – Great location, good value, but some areas could be enhanced. Yerevan is a beautiful city with warm people, great food, and a vibrant atmosphere. However, one area that could be improved is hotel pricing. Coming from Qatar, I found hotel rates in Yerevan to be relatively expensive for the level of accommodation offered. For example, a hotel costing around QAR 562 per night in Qatar would typically provide a 5-star experience, while a similar budget in Yerevan may only get you a 3-star property. Perhaps this is one reason why many Filipinos and other expatriates living in the Middle East choose Tbilisi, Georgia, for their vacations. I've personally visited Tbilisi twice and found it to offer better value for money, particularly in terms of hotel accommodations. If Armenia aims to attract more international tourists and compete with neighboring destinations, reviewing hotel pricing and increasing value for travelers could make a significant difference. Yerevan has so much to offer and, with more competitive accommodation rates, it could become an even more attractive destination for visitors from the Gulf region and beyond. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the city's charm, culture, food, and hospitality, and I would gladly visit again. ⭐ Overall impression: Beautiful destination, wonderful people, but hotel prices could be more competitive to enhance its appeal as a tourist destination.

My wife left her earrings in the room. We know for sure that they were in the room. Management tried to help, but we could not get them back.

The staff's hospitality and assistance were the best part of the stay. The hotel was great and the location was central, situated in front of a nice park.

It's a very nice hotel but we believe the standard room is a bit overpriced.

It's not that I didn't like something. The problem was that it was on a hill and there were a lot of steps everywhere. I have heart problems and I'm 82, and I had difficulty getting about. I was getting Yandex anyway, which is the equivalent of Uber, but if I wanted to meander to the shops or to the pharmacy or anything, I had a hard time because of the hill. I also tried to change hotels when I found something else, but I would have had to pay up, and I didn't want to forfeit my money. That was very annoying. I was forced to stay there for the four nights.

It is located in the best neighborhood of yerevan and staff were well behaved and cooperative.

If I’m looking for a hotel in Yerevan, almost every time I book Holiday Inn Express. After trying probably a dozen hotels in the city, this location is perfect for me personally. Everything is close, easy to get around, and the area just feels right. The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Big smiles every day, which honestly makes a huge difference after a long flight. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and always has a great vibe. Highly recommend staying here in Yerevan! The only challenge is parking in front of the hotel Sometimes finding a spot feels like winning a small championship. If you park right away on the first try, your luck is strong that day.

The best part about hotel was the location and also I like the staff they were very friendly. Overall it was good I stayed at this hotel for 13–14 days, and unfortunately the housekeeping service was inconsistent. Many times when I returned to my room, the toilet had not been cleaned. Occasionally it was done, but most days it was not, which was quite disappointing and uncomfortable. I did inform the hotel staff about this issue when I was leaving, but I’m not sure whether any proper action was taken. Cleanliness—especially of the bathroom—is something guests expect daily, and falling short of that affects the overall experience. I would have rated this hotel a 10, but due to the housekeeping issues, I am giving it an 8 instead.
