The location, the breakfast, the staff, the cleanness The lack of windows which was mentioned previously and I accepted it eventually

I like the staff was really friendly and helpful They don't have lift and I suffer too much to carry my luggage to the second floor

The hotel is well located near the city center, surrounded by many restaurants. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. The highlight of the stay was Armine at reception/management, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression. Highly recommended thanks to her outstanding service.

Water pressure in the sink was low, refrigerator did not work well.

The staff were very nice and friendly and so helpful. No elevator and no window in the room. However, it was written in info that the room doesn’t have window.

Excellent location, wonderful staff

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was cozy and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our visit.

Center of yerevan No Aircon, room is very hot, uncomfortable to sleep. Our baby was not able to sleep after tiring tours. She was sweating. I talked to the staff but they said they cannot do anything about it. Tsk

Its in the heart of yerevan Wish they could improve their AC system. Its uncomfortable sleeping at night coz its hot inside the room and we cannot adjust the AC by our own.z

I really liked this hotel. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the hotel itself is spacious and comfortable. They offer a free buffet breakfast with a good variety of options. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and they kindly granted our request for a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The location is also great—close to the city center and convenient for getting around. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel. Nothing, everything is good.

I don't mind using the stairs but not with the 25 kilo trolley bag.

Staying at the hotel not for the first time. Rooms are clean, fresh renovation, nice people working Breakfast with a choice of different dishes. Location in the city center, main attractions within walking distance, as well as different shops, exchange offices If you're going to/from the airport during rush hour it's very convenient, you can bypass part of the traffic jams since the road is basically straight

I love that it is located near the tourist spots and famous restaurants. We asked if we can have our breakfast earlier than the usual because we have timings for the tour and they agree.And on our last day,they prepared fried rice,as an Asian,we love rice.? We didn’t experience to open the window because the previous guest,broke it.Some of the decorations in the wall is damaged.
