Classy and Cozy Hostel

When I opened the communal fridge to leave my food I was struck with an odor that stayed with me for hours, like when it goes through multiple electricity cuts and doesn't get cleaned ever. They kept adding camping beds to the dorm to the point that it was hard to get into my bed. Every sink almost stays in your hand when you try to use it. They also marked me as no show even though I did stay there and paid in cash.

Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress appeared to be old and worn out, providing little support and causing back pain during my stay. Replacing the mattress would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Good location. Good price. The receptionist spoke English. Free tea. The room was very crowded. Every bed is next to the next one so I was sleeping with my head very close to the next guest's feet. I suppose they could remove at least one bed or use liters. There is no place to keep the stuff. No cabinet. No shelves. So everybody's belongings are spread on the floor

Everything was cool

The staff at the reception desk is very kind and helpful, always there in case of a need. The location is right next to the centre. It is decently clean and practical, with a big common kitchen, and plugs everywhere. It is located up a steep hill so it takes a lot of stairs to go up and down. Regarding the facilities, there isn't always hot water, but instead really cold. And when the hot water works its really hot. So it's not very pleasant or convenient. One more thing, the last day our check out was at 12.00 and at 11.00 while we were resting, a cleaning staff came knocking loudly our door for 5 mins just to tell us we have to check out at 12.00.

You cannot drink alcohol there. Sometimes noisy

Pros: good location, very affordable, mostly clean The staff weren't very friendly, the furniture were faulty and old (some beds were broken or had a huge dent in the middle).

Great hostel close to the city center at a very reasonable price. The admin does his best to keep it clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are two refrigerators. There's a small living room next to the kitchen with a sofa and an arm chair, which serves as the common area. All that is on the upper floor and there's no elevator. There's also a big balcony. Rooms are spacious. All in all it was a great deal and I would recommend it to travelers on a tight budget. There's no shelves in the rooms, let alone lockers, so it can get a bit messy, but no one will touch your stuff. The place does look run down, which reflects its accessible price. It can be uncomfortable if you have to work on your laptop, because the only place to sit down with your computer is the kitchen, which can get crowded and noisy. To get there from the city center it takes 10 to 15 minutes uphill (not too steep, but still).

Comfortable stay. Very friendly, polite and helpful English speaking staff. Clean rooms, comfy beds and great location.

Price, location. — As you can see from the photos, the electrical outlets need to be taken care of. — Extension cords have contacts so loose (made out) that you can hardly charge a smartphone. — The shower handset is damaged, half of the water splashes sideways. — One shower for twenty people, consider this. ;)
