Arrived early for business and Hotel Offered me option to take a shower and change. All people are very nice.

Space and lighting: The room concept is genuinely spacious and well-lit. Bar staff: The bar employees are polite and pleasant. Food and drinks were delivered to the room without real issues. For almost €600 (half-board), you expect an appropriate level of service, but in reality, this is an economy-class experience simply spread over more square meters. Broken climate control & sleep issues: The air conditioner only blew warm air (and the AC grilles were dirty, which is disgusting). I had to sleep in a stuffy room on synthetic sheets, waking up completely exhausted. I didn't open the windows at night to avoid drafts and catching a cold (by the way, the window handles are flimsy and get stuck). This issue was not resolved. Worn plumbing & hygiene concerns: The bathroom equipment is very old and cheap. The plastic toilet seat has cracks. The toilet brush is a flimsy plastic stick without a proper holder — using the bathroom felt genuinely unhygienic. The top showerhead leaked through the seams. The bidet shower (hygienic shower) was broken: when you opened the main valve, the button on the handset couldn't stop or control the water pressure. They only sent maintenance to fix these leaks towards the end of my stay. Careless housekeeping: The cleaning was generally inattentive and sloppy, perhaps exactly because we tried to keep the room tidy ourselves. The absolute peak was in the middle of my stay when the maid stripped the dirty sheets off the bed by the window and simply left the bare mattress. They didn't make it with fresh linens, seems like, apparently deciding that one person doesn't need the main bed if there is another one. I was too exhausted to go to the reception to argue about it. Poor ergonomics & details: There is a critical lack of power outlets, and the existing ones are built right into the bed frame, which is extremely inconvenient. The unbranded hotel shaving cream provided had a harsh, unpleasant smell of a spoiled product.

I really enjoyed the spa area Elevator is a bit slow and the doors don’t always close properly.

The parking space was not suitable, there was no electric kettle or mineral water in the room, the reception was not suitable, there were no slippers in the pool and I slipped and was unconscious for a while.

The staff were very friendly from the beginning, especially Varush and Jonas! Varush made us feel welcome and like family throughout the entire stay. Our room was huge with a comfortable bed and two separate bathrooms. We used both spa rooms, one with the hammam and the other with the sauna, several times and we preferred the hammam. Breakfast was delicious and changed several times throughout our stay. We would 110% stay here again on our next visit. The only negative was that it was a 20-30 minute walk to the most touristed sites within the city center.

?? ??Գրեթե ոչինչ չհավանեցի այս հյուրանոցում, քանի որ սենյակում չկար գոնե մեկ պահարան՝ իրերը ներսում դնելու կամ գոնե շորերը կախելու համար։ Սենյակը ամբողջովին մաքուր չէր, պատերի մոտ կային սարդերի փառեր։ Երբ սենյակից դուրս էինք գալիս միջանցք, անմիջապես ներքևում գտնվում էր սաունան։ Աստիճաններով կարող էինք իջնել, բայց սաունայի ամբողջ հոտը տարածված էր միջանցքում և դա տհաճ էր։ Ինչպես նաև լողավազանը և ջակուզին շատ սառնեին, սաունան չէր աշխատում։ Ավտոկայանատեղին շատ փոքր էր, տեղավորվում էր մաքսիմում երեքից չորս մեքենա։ Նախաճաշը նույնպես հրաշալի չէր։ ?? Мне почти ничего не понравилось в этом отеле, так как в номере не было даже одного шкафа — ни чтобы положить вещи внутрь, ни хотя бы повесить одежду. Номер был не полностью чистым, у стен была паутина. Когда мы выходили из номера в коридор, прямо внизу находилась сауна. Можно было спуститься по лестнице, но запах сауны распространялся по всему коридору, и это было неприятно. Кроме того, бассейн и джакузи были очень холодными, сауна не работала. Парковка была очень маленькой — максимум помещалось три-четыре машины. Завтрак тоже не был отличным. ?? liked almost nothing about this hotel, as there wasn’t even a single wardrobe in the room — neither to put clothes inside nor even to hang them. The room was not completely clean; there were spider webs near the walls. When we stepped out of the room into the corridor, the sauna was located directly downstairs. We could go down the stairs, but the smell from the sauna was spreading throughout the corridor, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were very cold, and the sauna was not working. The parking area was very small — it could accommodate a maximum of three to four cars. The breakfast was not great either.

The location was near the restaurants we wanted to try. There’s a parking space, although it’s not the proper one. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is fine, coffee machine was broken that time. No teabar in the room and water kettle. Didn’t reach our expectations.

We stayed at this hotel for only 3 days, but even those 3 days were so nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts offered a variety of choices - you could have eggs, fresh vegetables, sausages, an assortment of cheese and delicious pastries. The spa area was clean and made us feel relaxed. The rooms were okay, we had soft towels and white bedding. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we recommend staying at this hotel whether you have a touristic or business purpose. The only downside was the coffee machine because it wasn’t working properly.

Breakfast was good. Good variety of dishes. Room ac worked well. The young guy at the reception needs to learn to smile for starters. No one seemed friendly as such. Not that anyone was rude, but u get the point! We had opted for breakfast/ lunch /dinner package which was a big mistake since lunch and dinner were not buffets. And alacarte option were not too many. Just 4 main dishes to choose from to be precise. The first night we did choose, but the food wasn’t too appetizing so dint take a chance with having lunch or dinner there again.

The service is absolutely exceptional! Very very much appreciated
