Nice location in the busy town Everything was okay

Peaceful and silent Location Good Breakfast Spacious room Good view Nice pool Reception staff (lady) a little rude in speaking with guests, needs a lot of training (I paid her AMD 190,000 in cash against bill of AMD 188,500....She took my signature on a final bill receipt of AMD 188,500 but didn't gave balance money back and told that she will not become rich if she keeps that money)

LOCATION, POOL, The bathroom had an unpleasant odor due to poor ventilation, and we noticed several small insects in the room. Housekeeping was below expectations, with basic cleaning and no regular vacuuming. Communication was also difficult as the staff spoke very little English. The funny part: we stayed on the 4th floor, yet the windows were so dirty that it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages.Very limited variety of breakfast items. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. no internet in 4th floor... asked to solve but no chnage,, we used my phone internet.

We had a family 2 bedroom and there were 2 very disappointed moments: 1. Room were not cleaned properly for the very long time. Curtains and fabric sofas were very dusty and we couldn’t stay in the room without sneezing. 2. Room was on the 11th floor and the windows opened wide without any limiters or safety devices. This is very unsafe especially in the family rooms

I chose this hotel because I was arriving with a rental car, and they have plenty of parking spaces (around 20). The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, so there is no traffic. It is a hotel with 4 rooms per floor, so it was fairly quiet. And the room I got was quite big. I liked the fact that you can rotate the TV to face the bed or the couch. The hotel staff handled everything efficiently, but there was very little friendliness or personal attention, like they were simply going through the motions rather than genuinely engaging with guests. It is something that the hotel could improve. Food was fulfilling but nothing to write about. Also, the last day of my stay there was a private party at the restaurant, and most of the parking spaces were taken (fortunately, I was at the 9th floor, so I did not hear any noise).

Location is good, rooms are big and place is quite. Electric sockets were awful, all were worn out and every time charging phone was a journey not to get hit or not to make a fire... Big issues were separate beds, since booking was made for 1 bed and in room description it is written too, still we got 2 beds.. reception tried to sort it out but of course hotel had no other rooms available)) Overall it's good place and good hotel but little issues impacted our stay.

Amazing room and view everything so amazing

Location is fine but there's nothing around to go or see (you need a cab to go to the city center). Walking around is pretty fine. Rooms are excellent, comfy, clean, with good view (depending on floor). Pool is great! Pool bar/restaurant is very good with acceptable prices. Breakfast. I'm not a picky person but the breakfast was extremely poor in general: poor choices, bad quality. Such a shame that a 4 star hotel with such a price tag has such a poor breakfast. We even skipped breakfast twice and went ate in the city center.

Staff, swimming pool and size of room. Air conditioner and bedding amenities.

The location is a bit out of the center of the main old town. It sits on a hill, so walking down to the center is a bit difficult. However, Ubers were very easy to get.
-
The air conditioner was not cooling and they advised me to open the window, but it was very noisy. Also, the breakfast was very poor.

Best breakfast I have in any hotel anywhere in the world! Also they were very kind to let me take photo of the famous mountain Ararat that only 8 people survived the the flood, was Noah and his family!
