Location and cleanness

Property was clear, in a very good location (10 minutes walk to Republic square and Tashir street) Personnel was very kind, especially paying attention to silence which is very rare even at 5* hotels. During booking you should consider that, there is no window at rooms (I skipped this info at hostel info page) But for this price at Yerevan, private room at this location is worth of it.

The location was great, and it was nice to have a private room at that price. The fan was helpful in the heat. The WiFi still doesn't work in the rooms. I stayed here two years ago, and they still didn't bother to update it so it works. Since it is in the basement, the cell signal was sporadic as well, and the room was stuffy with no ventilation.

The room were clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, this hostel offered great value for money?

LOCATION. It is in the town center. EVERYTHING is walkable, and Yerevan is one of the most walkable cities I have ever visited. Rooms are comfortable, with fans. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely clean. No windows are a downside, but location sold me into extending my stay. No windows. It is on the ground floor. But not musty or funky at all. Definitely recommend Enigma!

The room was clean. The staff was really nice. They tried very hard to help with any issues I encountered. They even loaned me their local transit card. They also helped me book a tour. There was no window in the room.

Bedsheet & blanket is uncomfortable. the shower water is overflowing on the ground but they can fix it if they have proper curtains.. i just wish they have a BIDET.. more tourists started to come from different countries like middle east.it will be great if they will start to adopt good stuffs like bidet.

The hotel is situated in a great location, offering clean and well-maintained facilities that are worth the price. However, the Wi-Fi service needs improvement. The Wi-Fi connection was very bad, and I had to use my mobile data most of the time.

This is a very good hostel may be if the room is more big or if there is a fridge in the room that will be a hotel not just a hostel , Very kind woman in the reception, she helps you for any thing and speaks English very well, the most thing that is unique for this hostel is it's location near the center by just few minutes by walking , I take the room with AC and a private bathroom but I think that there is only a few of these rooms There is no fridge but it is OK you can use the refrigerator of the hostel outside your room , so I think nothing is missed

Nice hosts. We arrived at around 4AM and the host opened the doors for us. It was easy to find. There is a doorbell and they responded promptly. We hadn't withdrawn money yet and he let us get to the room and we could pay during the day. We got the room with a private bath and it was comfortable. AC works adequately. Small kitchenette had a kettle so we could make coffee. Great location. Wifi was good.

Pretty dirty, staff was kind but distracted. Only 1 bathroom.

Location is convenient near to big park that you can sit back after long day tour, variety of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket , pastries in the area. You cannot cooked but the owner Mr Rafael was too kind to assisted me on this special request. There's tv but you cannot watch clearly?

The owner is so kind and goes out of his way to make your stay great! He even woke up at 3:00 am to help book me a taxi to the airport, and checked that I was awake in time. The location is perfect. Maybe a 10 minute walk to Republic Square, and in a very safe area. I would absolutely stay again!

Super central, clean and all u need Unfortunately is in an underground, so there are no windows in the room

The location, the guy at the reception was very friendly and helped me. The price is good. I took a private room and it was fine. It is very difficult to find the hostel if you arrive at night.
