Comfy bed, air conditioning, 24h desk, close to the Cascade and places to eat

It's very clean, and the staff is very attentive. It's not that I didn't like it, but be advised there is no elevator. So if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you will need to carry your bag up. I didn't have a problem with it, but if you do ask for a room on the 1st floor.

The walls are very thin so you can easily hear the neighbours’s TV.

Very nice accommodation in the city center, close to most of the attractions, but on a quiet street. The price is good and the staff is helpful. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also music clubs if you are in party mode. There wasn't anything I disliked except that the walls are thin and you could hear the other guests, but it wasn't really as uncomfortable for me as it was for my friends.

Value for its cost, friendly people The neighborhood is actually fantastic - short proximity to exceptional restraints and cascade. The issue - it is a 2nd line, there is a controversial experience to find a way out from hotel to a public area / street. WiFi not that stable…

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The biggest advantage is its excellent location—close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made it very convenient to get around. For the price, it also offers great value compared to other options in the area. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, and the basic amenities were well maintained. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it delivers exactly what you need for a budget-friendly and well-situated stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good location at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but one disappointment was the lack of a view. My room window faced a wall/parking lot, which made the space feel closed in and less enjoyable to spend time in. If you’re someone who values a nice view when traveling, this may not be the best choice. That said, the location was convenient and the room itself was comfortable, so it still works well if you’re mainly using the hotel for sleeping and not planning to spend much time inside.

Perfect central location: near Cascade and Saryan street with lots of cafes. Quiet neighborhood. Great staff. Clean rooms with all necessary facilities and amenities. Will definitely stay again when in Yerevan

I liked that the design of the hotel it is very modern, the furnitures inside the standard single room are very comfortable (especially the bed) and the place is near the Yerevan cascade which has a lot of nearby restaurants where you can just walk for 3-4 mins The hotel doesn’t have elevator but the staffs are very helpful to carry your luggage until your room so its not a big deal for me

Very cozy place in the very center of the city. Best option for the rest after the flight with multiple connections. Also the stuff was very carrying. Speak very good Russian and English
