Location is very central near Cascad. Staff was nice Bathroom fixtures are old and not working well. Matress is old and uncomfortable. I have stayed here 5 years ago and rooms were in much better shape. Apparently this hotel needs to be renovated inside.

Location is amazingly near the center of, distance to Airport is not much , suite is having good space , Toilet is Arab Friendly Air conditioning is Poor , Room Thermal isolation is not Good ( single glass windows ) and it is always very very hot , Room phone is not broken , breakfast is below average and staff does not know if they are using Pork or others , Kitchen equipment is broken ( plates ) , people at reception is not friendly and to get from them extra access card was something not possible , water kettle was having contamination inside ( orange contamination) and we asked to replace however they took and they never bring back any kettle …… this hotel benefits from location and compromise in all other things

Excellent location, spatial room, bedsheets and towels extremely clean, free parking spot allocates for the car. Aircon did not work best, no ventilation in the bathroom, furniture in the living room was chaotic. Bit different setup then in the pictures. Lungo coffee machine in the room, without coffee capsules.

It's a very good property at central. Staffs are very helpful. Due to delay in flight we came at the time of check out and they accommodate as for couple of hours. Nothing

Good location, nice view, modern and clean room. Check-in was a pain. No coffee in the room.

nice place with several sofas and small kitchen in the room to have a great time with family and friends it was rather noise on the 10th floor because of restaurant on the 12th, but we stayed around weekends
