The location was convenient, and the breakfast eggs were the only good part of the breakfast. This hotel does not deserve five stars. The room was dirty, the bathroom faucet was broken so I couldn’t take a shower, there was no glass or tissue paper in the room, and the breakfast quality was poor except for the eggs. The staff and manager were unhelpful and showed no responsibility when I reported the problems. If you are paying for a five-star hotel, you should expect much better service and maintenance. Future guests should carefully inspect the room before accepting it.

Conveniently located in the city center. Spacious rooms. Clean bathroom. Polite and friendly staff. Simple but good breakfast. All the vegetables are fresh. The air conditioning isn't working properly. This might be a concern in August. They forgot to change the towels once, but they fixed it right after I called. The shower fittings are faulty.

There was nothing to be like Overall experience, absolutely worst. They gave me room in the SHIRAK hotel, which is much cheaper and belongs to the same owner. After complaining the change the home there was no towels. Air conditioner was not working and curtains are just for design. The room was so well that you can’t sleep. If you open windows, there was a noise from outside, so basically you were in an oven with the light. And bed was fairly uncomfortable.

The photos don't correspond to reality. The room they provided was very small, not like the photo. It was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at night. We could hear children screaming in the hallway, cars driving outside, and the window shaking at times. The pool is a paid service and is not included in the price of the stay. Men are not allowed in it. The staff had a problem with me driving my car twice a day; they apparently took advantage of the difficulty opening and closing the gate. The towels in the room were not changed after the first night.

Location The staff were not welcoming, no one at the reception (both on checkin and checkout), the key didn’t work, we had to go back and forth. But the most horrible thing is the noise, you can hear your neighbours next door poop and pee, as well as cough and have sex. We had a totally sleepless night.

I stay at and overall everything was okay. The location is very good, with easy access to main tourist spots

The 5-star rating on Booking.com for Yerevan Resident Hotel is completely misleading. As someone working in the customer service industry, I can confidently say this hotel does not even meet the standards of a 1-star property. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. Breakfast was the worst I have experienced in any hotel. In a country famous for its coffee culture, the only option available was press coffee, no espresso, no cappuccino, not even basic choices, not even a sugar served. Only black coffee was served. The food options were very limited and of low quality. After paying for breakfast, I still chose to eat outside every day during my 3 night stay because it was simply inedible. Room facilities were also unacceptable. There were no tissues in the room, no dust bin, and overall the room felt neglected. Cleanliness was a major issue. Armenia is a very clean country, but this hotel was shockingly unhygienic the worst level of cleanliness I’ve seen in a hotel. Overall, this hotel does not deliver anything close to what is promised online. Poor service, terrible breakfast, bad facilities, and lack of cleanliness made this stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not to travelers expecting even basic comfort or service quality.

The washroom didn't have a proper exhaust system so it sometimes smells bad

Centrally located and close to downtown It says on booking.com that it’s a 5* properly, but it’s no where even close to a 2 or 3 star. It’s definitely a misrepresentation and misleading.

Nothing. This is not a 5, 4, 3, or 2 star property. This is a 1-star hotel/motel at most. The hotel is run down, and there was a sewer smell that was unbearable. I was scheduled to stay for 2 1/2 weeks, but I checked out after one night. It was super inconvenient, because I had to find a replacement on short notice, and it was very difficult to do so.
