صبحانه خوب نبود و اتاق بیرون از فضای هتل قرارداشت باید صبح از خیابان رد میشدی واسه خوردن صبحانه واین اصلا جالب نبود

location was really good, right in front of opera in the center of Yerevan staff was really helpful it was really clean has kitchen in our floor no elevator no big restaurants in hotel. breakfast was simple but good enough for me there was a noise outside room this hotel has 2 buildings. some rooms in first floor and some in third floor with a central kitchen. the room in third floor that has balcony is the best room.

There is some space for improvement regarding breakfast - for example, availability of European style coffee and fried eggs/ omelette. Of course, buckwheat and potatoes are healthy choice, but people might prefer something more traditional. As this is a small hotel, it shouldn´t be a problem to fry couple of eggs on demand:)

Location is central of city Very bad customer service and property. . Even 3rd floor without lift and guest responsibility to take luggage to 3rd floor

We didn’t get the type of rooms we reserved for the fist night forcing 3 people to stay in a single room. Fortunately, the hotel management was able to address the issue next day. We have to cut one night short for our stay. The hotel management was able to accommodate our request and refunded one night cost less than a fee.

Fantastic location. Mohamed our room attendant was exceptional. Bottom floor rooms can be noisy around breakfast time

Breakfast was not good , unfortunately rooms were under the street level -1 floor without any view, we had three rooms which doors opened straight into kitchen.to be warned that we will be staying in a room below the street would be nice.

Only the location Nothing to do with photos and view, its an old building without elevator, very poor breakfast. Imagine to be in 3rd floor without elevator. Also i ask 30 minutes delay of my check out and they didn’t accept

სასტუმროს იდეა მიწისქვეშა განთავსების შესახებ თავიდან საინტერესო და უჩვეულო ჩანდა, მაგრამ რეალობაში კომფორტი ცოტათი სუსტია. მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ინტერიერი სუფთად და გემოვნებით არის მოწყობილი, ბუნებრივი განათების ნაკლებობა აშკარად იგრძნობა. ნომრებში მუდმივად ნახევრად ბნელოდა, რაც ცოტა დამთრგუნველად მოქმედებდა. ვენტილაცია და ჰაერის ხარისხიც ვერ დავარქმევ კარგს — ზოგჯერ დამახასიათებელი სიშავე ან ნესტის სუნი იგრძნობოდა, რაც არც ისე სასიამოვნოა. საუზმე საშუალო დონის იყო — არჩევანი შეზღუდული და გემოს მხრივ საშუალო. პერსონალი კი თავაზიანია, რაც ამცირებს ზოგად იმედგაცრუებას. საერთო ჯამში, ეს ადგილი უფრო ექსტრემალური ან განსხვავებული გამოცდილების მოსაძებნად გამოგადგებათ, მაგრამ კომფორტისა და სიმყუდროვის მაძიებლებისთვის ნაკლებად რეკომენდირებულია. თუ მანქანით სტუმრობთ გაწამდებით პარკინგი არსად არ არის
