The staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Wardhan (if I remember his name correctly), was especially kind and even helped me carry my luggage up to the hostel when I arrived and down again when I left. That was really thoughtful. The hostel itself is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s also a good place if you need to work. during my stay I even saw some guests teaching online English classes in the living room, which shows how calm the environment is. The kitchen is also very clean and well organized. One thing I really appreciated was that they let me borrow an adapter every night since the one I bought wasn’t compatible. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt very comfortable staying here. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great location near the National Opera and Ballet complex. Room was air conditioned. Hot water in the shower was sporadic.

I really liked everything about this place! The cleanliness, the location... There wasn't a single thing I found inconvenient. This will always be my go-to place when I decide to come back to Armenia. ?

Almost everything There is no lift in their building. Really big flaw. Especially when you need to lift a big and heavy bags.

Very bad.. it’s on the TOP of a big building 5 FLOORS WITH NO LIFT and believe me it’s long. Toilets and bathrooms are very disgusting, very loud at night and mainly construction worker living there all year. Think twice before you go, read all the hidden bad review
