There was quite a strong smell of cleaning products in the rooms when I entered. I did not mind it so much (if anything, it shows they thoroughly clean between guests) so I did not report it, but others may be more sensitive to this. The exact location is a bit confusing on google maps, but in person it was easy to find. Keep in mind that there is often a traffic jam in the street, so it might take the taxi/yandex/gg a bit longer to get there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. And the location and breakfast were great. My room was on the ground floor and the walls were not soundproof so in the morning I woke up with every little noise from guests walking or chatting and even late at night, I couldn’t sleep because of the notification sound of the reception cellphone! Also, the toilet was sticky.

The room without window was just fine - we didn't feel that. Very good breakfast in the hotel nearby. Perfect location in the center - just cannot be better!

The location is good and the breakfast, which is served in the nearby hotel is also good. Bed was comfortable. The room was on the ground floor just next to the reception just next to the frequently used staircase and corridor. After 5 in the morning the traffic on the corridor increased and due to no sound isolation on the door I could not sleep. Ibelieve this was reported by others, yet it has not been fixed.

The staff are VERY kind and friendly. When my flight arrived at 04:00 they let me sleep in a dark, comfortable and safe common area until my room was available. They were also helpful with navigating the city. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. There are many signs of water damage on the walls, it looks less than nice. Bathroom smells if you don’t cover the floor drain. Building was plumbed poorly. Everything else was fine.

The location of the city center is amazing, bed linen and towels were clean and the bed was good enough. My room was on the ground floor next to the reception and the door absolutely did not protect from the noise. I heard every dialogue and reels the staff was watching loud enough to make it hard to sleep. I also want to draw attention to the fact that the walls and floors of the room were dirty

The staff was super responsive and available through whatsapp and didn't pose any problems even though we arrives quite late at night. The room was central enough and quite close to a main street with lots of restaurants and shops and very lively by night. Also it was helpful to be able to stay until 12pm. The building, stairs and front door were a bit dated.

Center of the city accessible to all. Breakfast was nice Our used mugs not cleaned. Only one toothbrush and tooth paste provided for the entire 4 nights. Probably we need to request. Breakfast four four days are almost same

Amazing location in the heart of the city, literally a few metres away from Northern Avenue and Old Yerevan. This is an amazing location for the price. The budget room was okay, not particularly cozy, but the shower is super nice! Breakfast is included even for the cheapest rooms. The breakfast takes place in a nearby hotel (literally a few steps away so not a disadvantage at all) and it's very good, the canteen is very comfortable and there's a variety of foods. My hotel room had drain flies that just kept appearing. As a person who hates bugs this made me uncomfortable. This problem can be solved easily so I hope the staff does something. Also, my budget room was on the first floor right by the reception area, and with the walls and doors being very thin, the location was not quiet. I could hear it whenever someone comes in or speak at the reception area, including at night. So, 24hr check-in can be both an advantage and a disadvantage if you live on the 1st floor.

Right in the city and close to so many places to visit. Room is decent enough with good shower heating. Staff cleans up your room everyday so that's a plus. Nothing really.

Bathroom was badly ventilated and shower drain was very smelly. Shower is together with the toilet, which wasn't evident from the description.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, as I noticed some minor dust and a few spots that could use more attention, but overall it wasn’t anything too serious or unpleasant. It didn’t affect our stay significantly, but a little extra care in housekeeping would make the experience even better.
