Location was perfect for exploring the centre of Yerevan, rooms where spacious and the staff where very lovely. The shower wasn't draining properly and could use a descale.

Good location only 20 min walk far from the jomhuriat square Variant breakfast Clean room Great view We booked the room with balkony , but it was not available while check in Also the AC with heat of some rooms (not our room) were not working! Our room was fine.

good location and good customer care from dzovinar also thanks for late check out, housekeeping was very fast. as per booking.com it's clearly mentioned room service and restaurant, while there is no food to order , no bell boy to help for your luggage and also renovation going on which was very annoying, also knocking on door while on DnD status room which clearly is uncomfortable , it's mentioned 4 star but it's good 3 star hotel, as price it's almost similar to northen Avenue hotels. it's good reccomadation for only 3 star hotel as prices should be lower than the current rate, no amenities as well it's surprising for 4 star hotel not to have, breakfast was poor as well.

Friendly staff, Good, nutritious breakfast, Cleanness, Good location, Cozy This hotel is on the way, in the process of BECOMING a professional hotel. What took me by surprise was the absence of concierge in the hotel for arriving and living guests. By the way, I would suggest the hotel owner/management to review the title of the hotel, because it is a far cry from both being IMPERIAL and PALACE!!!
