Inga Hotel Yerevan

the staff is Awesome we had an issue with our reservation that we booked only double room and we are had 2 kids ,they helped us add 2 extra beds and they did a discount for the beds and offered a free breakfast for our kids that was really wonderful ..thanks guys i do really appreciate everything you have done for us breakfast is okay but could be better ?

Отличный отель, чистый номер, была даже забная щетка и бритва, а так же тапочки. Каждый день заменяли полотенца и тапочки на чистые и была уборка. Очень вежливый персонал, всегда подсказывали и помогали, если у меня возникали вопросы. Вкусный завтрак. За такую цену не встречал такого хорошего сервиса. Спасибо большое!

They have most helpful staff The only down side is that there is no elevator in the hotel, which was not a big deal.

Special thanks to Lili from the reception for her professionalism, warmth and expert advice and also for the other man who checked us in. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, everything was fresh and delicious. The room was actually a saloon and the bed was huge and very comfortable. We also had complementary coffee, tea and bottled water every day and cleaning was done daily. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Everything was great.

We had an amazing stay at Inga Hotel Yerevan. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city centre, making it easy to explore Yerevan comfortably. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we truly loved our stay here. Everything was well managed, and we felt very relaxed during our visit. the receptionist was very polite and kind and helpful. the breakfast was very mediocre and not how i expected it to be. also the breakfast staff seemed to be having a cold or a flu and not very kind

Size of the room. It was wide and clean, towels changed everyday, water bottles they were bringing also everyday.

Amazing breakfast. So many options to choose from. Location is also good even though it's not in the city center. Calmer & good vibe! Nothing at all.

Good value for money

Check in was at 14:00 and the hotel knew we were coming at 14:00 we arrived later at about 16:00 and the rooms werent yet ready and the staff was rude regarding that and didn’t try to fix it in a polite way

The staff , I must say they are all very friendly even behind my expectations The distance from the city center , it wasn’t good for me but it maybe good for those who like quiet hotel

The rooms were spacious with lots of room and bathroom was nice with tap water drinkable. Breakfast had a hard working gal who did a great job preparing different types of cooked eggs each day. Using the Yandexgo taxi app allows for cheap access to anywhere in Yerevan. If you are a senior there is no elevator and the carpet upstairs can sometimes catch your feet.

Efficient Check-in/Check-out: The process is always smooth and quick, which is much appreciated when you're on a tight schedule. The front desk staff are friendly, and helpful. Comfortable and Clean Rooms: The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable. I also appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi. Incredibly friendly and very accommodating staff thanks to Lilit, Vahe and the lady in the restaurant ( I forgot to asked her name). They were always available to assist with any requests and made sure that our stay is comfortable. We reached the hotel 2 hours before the check in but they gave us early check in free of charge. I would recommend the place if you're looking for a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect for anyone wanting a relaxing stay with a bit of distance from the city noise. The breakfast was good, but it could use some improvement in variety. The options were limited, and I was hoping for a bit more diversity, especially when it comes to fresh choices and hot dishes.
