Hotel Aviatrans

The hotel is in a great location—that’s about the only real positive. The room itself was decent, but the hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The biggest issue was the bed. I could feel the metal part inside the mattress throughout the night, making it very uncomfortable and difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was very limited, and the quality was poor, especially considering the price of the hotel. Overall, I expected much more for what I paid and would not stay here again Overpriced. Terrible breakfast. Uncomfortable bed.

Everything was great and the location was very good, but the bathroom and toilet were very old and the toilet flush was broken.

- Air-conditioning not working with over 30 degrees Celsius weather. - TV not working - No extra toilet paper - they provide only 1 paper roll per day - breakfast was very basic, for example only regular sugar provided with other sweetener options

Everything: the location, everything is walking distance the best restaurants, coffee shop and museum. The room is clean and spacious perfect for the family. The breakfasts- had good options plus you can order from the menu

The room was spacious, staff were friendly and professional. Walking distance to center. The facility is extremely old. If you have a car, keep in mind they have very limited car parking, also it was a bit difficult to reach the place with the car. The breakfast was so bad we could not eat and went to a nearby restaurant.

The bed was too hard. The room and bathroom were small. Some small change disappeared off the desk one day.

Location Our toilet didn’t work and we had to ask twice to fix it

Absolutely great location, everything is very walkable from here!!! The hotel is not new at all, but somehow we felt very cozy in here. The breakfast is served from 8 to 11, it’s a standard buffet, omelette and oat porridge available on request. The family room is very spacious, sunny in the morning. Cleaniness could be better, apart from that everything is fine

Yes Good but a little bit old instruments and facilities

The hotel location is the best in the city. Historical street, downtown, close to main places and restaurants. Generally hotel is good. Of course, they should renew and renovate. But what they have is best and good. Breakfast more than enough. Very different and rich with local stuff Only what we can mention, it is beds. They are thin than we expect. But generally, they are smooth and clean

Fantastic location, right at the centre of Yerevan. Clean, spacious room. Very helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast was excellent. Comfortable beds. We were in a « no smoking »room, but the smell of smoke in the bathroom was quite strong,apparently coming from ventilation. The pillows could have been better.

The value

Location. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the cups were clearly not washed at all, which is unacceptable as well as the bedsheet are not changed during my stay. In addition to the poor cleanliness, some staff’s attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, even in the way they spoke to guests as they said it’s not our responsibility to clean your cups. Water is not provided in a daily basis. Once in your stay as well as the tea, coffee and sugar. This is far below the standard expected from a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.
