I really liked the location. Is a short walk away from the city center. It is also connected to a nice little bar. The room was comfortable and perfect for a short stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable boutique hotel. Nice design and good value for the money. The only downside was a slight smell in the bathroom (probably because the building is old) and no foot towel provided. Otherwise a great stay.

The rooms window was directly to the garden which was always full of people because of the bar, so we couldn't open the window in the evening and enjoy the weather and couldn't open the blinds as well

I really liked the interior design, it was cozy and nicely decorated. Also, the manager was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. They didn’t clean the room every day, which was a bit disappointing.

I have been charged twice I just got my credit card bill and they charged my card twice i need a refund for the duplicate charge

A beautiful and cozy, brand new hotel in the center of Erevan. Very close to all the sightseeing spots, restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was cleans and quiet, the bed comfortable. The owners are extremely thoughtful and kind-they had a small party at the bar next to the hotel and to make our stay comfortable, offered us a quiet room far from the bar so that we could rest well. This was without us even asking. Thank you for the hospitality!

Everything was perfect! They allowed us to check in earlier than we were supposed to, and gave us even better room than we booked! They also helped us to print the documents. Gave great recommendation for food place. The garden in the hotel is very cosy. The location is perfect. Everything is new, clean and stylish. Coffee in this small cafe was great too!
