Spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge living room with the lake-view. 10 min drive to the airport. Very-very helpful staff: they let us to have early check-in, coffee and tea. We have already booked the apartment for the next visit

The property is very good. The lake view is also very nice. The management is also very helpful. The overall experience was very nice.

We spent an uninvited day with the family, a great room with a view of the river, everything is clean and cozy, hospitality is at the highest level! The staff is excellent! I didn't want to leave at all))) In such a place you want to spend time all the time, we will definitely repeat our visit to this hotel. Special thanks to the management. We recommend this place if you want to take a break from the bustle of the city and home, or just have a good rest

The staff does not speak too much English despite their airport transfer driver. However all they do everything to get understood and understand the guests. They are prepared with translator apps so that is helpful. The staff is super kind, bring the food to the room, and respond to any question. I should also tell that in writing communication they are even more talkative, so could organize the transfers seamlessly. The property's cleaning was also above the expected. The breakfast and dinner were fine. I really liked the view on the lake and the ducks and that friendly orange cat (maybe Garfield himself) around. A friendly note to other travelers: Take care about the hot-cold water. There is hot water but open the cold part. :) It may be true at other hotels too that sometimes those are incorrectly signed. Prepare with Sim card option. Neither at the airport, nor at the property there is fast enough wifi. Maybe in some areas yes, but where I tested wifi did not worked. Prepare with offline map also. The neighbors were listening to some loud rock concert all night long, guitar solos.. Maybe it was their TV, not sure. The property should tell to visitors to be quiet after some hours, maybe 10PM. I had eardrops but what about those who don'?

Very friendly and good staff, they helped us to order a taxy to the city center and told us the best restoration on wich we have been in Armenia. Thank you!

The property is just on the side of the lake. windy, cool and very relaxing. The room is with AC, if you don’t want to open the window for the air to come in. Friendly, and accommodating staff. shout out to Mr Garik. Our bath room had a bit of smell. but I’m they’re gonna fix it later.

I chek out first night but customer didnet pay my rest money and very bad treatment.
