Extremely nice and pleasant staff. Good in-house cooked food. Small swimming pool - great for kids. Cozy place overall. Rooms was slightly rundown, but not too critical. Very little to do around, not much is there within walking distance - must take taxi to go anywhere, but they come with no issue and quickly.

We booked it because of the sauna and swimming pool. There is extra charge for both. 5000/h for the swimming pool, I never stayed in a hotel where I had to pay extra to use the pool… this is a bit ridiculous

Our stay at V.MOD Hotel was truly exceptional, and we can not thank the hotel staff enough for making our visit so memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms that provide a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect for exploring the area.

Best stay ever. We enjoyed staying at the hotel to chill in the morning and at night in the barbecue place more than visiting the city. They are the best hosts ever. We just felt we were at home.

My family and I are always greeted like family. We get enough attention. We are always welcome. They care very much about our comfort. This is not the first time we have stopped here. Next time we will definitely stop here.

We stayed at this lovely hotel during our trip to Yerevan and I must say one of the things this hotel is best at is making you feel at home. The staff treated us like family which made us feel very safe and included and although we bothered them a lot during nights we stayed out, they were never rude and always greeted us with the warmest smile. The room was very clean with a decent AC and including all the essentials such as towels, blankets and shampoos. The hotel has two separate outdoor seating areas which are both very pleasant for taking a break during the day and it sometimes comes with the delight of Chiko's company, their pet dog. Since we were on a tight bidget, we didn't get to try much of the hotel's menu, except for the morning coffees which we loved, but they allowed us to use their kitchen. The communication with the reception was also via WhatsApp and they were mostly responsive and helpful. I hope we get a chance to visit Yerevan again and stay at this hotel cause I don't think we would have enjoyed our trip this much if it weren't for the staff's hospitality and warmth. We wished there was a more convenient way of entering the hotel the nights we stayed out late so that we wouldn't bother the staff and wake them up.

The hospitality and friendliness are at their highest possible rate - the hosts are extremely welcoming and will make all and beyond to make your stay satisfying and pleasurable.
