Perfect place

This was my second stay in this hotel .The staff is very polite .And the location is very good, near airport and near city center .

The meals were delicious, fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place.

Pretty hotel

This was my second time in Alex Hotel And it was excellent ?

Breakfast was good, exceeded our expectations.

I had an amazing stay at Alex Hotel! My room was cozy, clean, exactly what you need after a long day of exploring Yerevan..

I was double charged and reached out through Booking to fix the issue, but didn’t get a response. Hopefully, communication went through on other channels. To their credit, the staff did their best to help refund the accidental charge. I just wish the whole process had moved a bit faster.

I stayed for three nights at Alex Hotel in Yerevan. The hotel was very well managed, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay. The only negative point I noticed was at breakfast. The person in charge of serving breakfast was not very polite and sometimes seemed reluctant to provide fresh items. For example, bread was served in a very limited way, watermelon from previous days was placed on the table, and the buffet was not refreshed daily. Also, when asking for small changes (like fried eggs instead of boiled), the response was not very pleasant. Another point is that after breakfast you have to take your own plates back to the kitchen, which I found unusual for a hotel of this level. Except for this breakfast issue, everything else about the hotel was excellent. ‏The only negative point I noticed was at breakfast. Clean, relaxed, quite a good location. Fair price, local breakfast. Specifically for people SENSITIVE TO SOUND - it's noisy. Normal people don't perceive it, but you will. People in the street having chat till late night, humming devices, intercom bell, noisy doors... I had real struggle with falling asleep. Breakfast start at 9:00 ! The hotel equipment and it's level is far away from 4 stars hotel. It's nice, clean 2 star accommodation for very fair price.

Daily replacement of towels and slippers They requested payment via a direct money transfer to a credit card in another country. Booking support said it was the only way. At the hotel they said they will not give me any confirmation document that I have paid. The room window is not into an inner courtyard, it open directly into the breakfast area which was full till after midnight on some days. Zero sound proof - the breakfast place was loud and I could literally hear every word people said. The room door does not reach the floor (about 2cm), so it felt like anyone in the hall was in my room. I was requested to clean after myself after breakfast as well as to pick up coffee. The breakfast has hardly any food. Eg today there was not a single boiled egg and two sausages. The rest were lunch and dinner dishes (pasta, rice, carrot and cabbage salad). Additionally, they (probably by mistake) trashed my pills for the days of the stay that I had left on the coffee table in a napkin.

our room is perfectly good for us, same in the picture that I chose, but a bit noise that you can hear from the lobby ‘coz we are on the ground floor perhaps. location between airport and city for me is perfectly fine
