The hotel was nice and clean, but it is relatively far from the city center—about a 15-minute taxi ride. The property is divided into two buildings: an older building and a newer one. In my opinion, the breakfast was quite expensive. Also, since we were a group of three, the extra bed was not comfortable or up to a proper standard.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent, within walking distance of Republic Square. The Wi-Fi was also fast and reliable throughout our stay. Another nice benefit was the complimentary indoor swimming pool, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of our experience was the check-in process. We arrived late, and I had to leave the hotel almost immediately for another appointment. I also didn't have any Armenian drams with me yet. Despite this, the reception staff completed the entire check-in process, handed over the keys to all of our rooms, and simply kept my passport until I returned later to make the payment. I really appreciated this level of trust and flexibility. In similar situations at other hotels I've stayed at, I was never given the room before paying in full. There are a few areas that could be improved: * The extra bed was not very comfortable and could definitely be upgraded. * Although the Economy rooms were very spacious, reaching them required a long walk through the corridors and climbing about 15 steps. This is mentioned in the hotel description, but carrying luggage during check-in and check-out made it a bit inconvenient. * The swimming pool is a great complimentary facility, but the water felt quite cold to us. We were told it was around **28°C**, but we think it would be even more enjoyable if it were kept a little warmer. * The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but some items that I personally expected were missing—for example, Nutella. Of course, this is just a personal preference and may not matter to most guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying at Metropol Hotel again if we visit Yerevan in the future.

This is my favorite hotel in Yerevan . Every time I am coming to Yerevan , I try to stay at Metropole Hotel.

The smell of cigarette smoke was really bad in room.

it was normal Poor breakfast variety Breakfast mainly included pork items. They should consider adding chicken options, as not everyone eats pork.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was large and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The hotel shows some signs of age, especially in the bathroom, and some areas could benefit from updating. I imagine this was a luxury property years ago, and while it may not feel as modern today, it still offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The main downside was that the room felt rather dated. While everything was functional, the age of the furnishings and bathroom made the room feel less comfortable than I expected. An update or renovation would greatly improve the overall experience. The pool and sauna facilities also seemed quite dated. Unfortunately, they did not look appealing enough for me to use them, so I chose not to swim. Updating these facilities would significantly improve the guest experience.

Exceptional customer service and huge well fitted out rooms. Good location. Great breakfast. Pool was listed at 28 degrees but was not, was quite a bit colder than this. This limited our use of the pool. Sauna was good though.

The staff was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the location is great. I highly recommend this place.

The room was bigger than expected. Nothing was missing. It is clean amd comfortable and the location is also great.

The view from the balcony . The swimming pool was not hot enough..the staff made me pay for a broken glass. They were not very good service when we need water or other..they said to come down and get the delivery and other.

The reservation said the bed was king size which is minumum 71 inches wide. The bed seemed more of a queen size. I am over 72 inches tall so I tested it with my arms and it was much about 5 inches less wide. I talked to the desk and they showed anothet room. The bed was larger but they said it was the same room class. The room was smaller and not as nice so I kept the original room. Later I went down to the pool which is not heated, l but I left after only a few minutes because an old lady who I assume cares for the pool wouldn't stop staring at me and my wife. It was very uncomfortable.
