Glendale Boutique Hotel

Very convenient location close to the city center by foot, you can find supermarkets and bakeries at a very close distance, comfortable bed, good wifi, safety door with a pin code There is no sign of the hotel so you can find it easier, you can pay only by bank transfer or by cash, Spider web on the ceiling light, сold air was coming into the room through the window, as it seems the window is not very well sealed, shower was not comfortable at all , water was coming out all the time and the shower curtain was way too large for the space, and every time you took a shower, it would cling to your whole body, not even a small bottle of water provided, Upon our arrival, the room was at a very low temperature despite having informed the hotel of our expected arrival time. We requested a second blanket, which unfortunately never arrived. We were advised to turn on the air conditioning, but it was not sufficient to warm the room quickly, it took over two hours to reach a comfortable temperature, making it difficult to stay in the room initially. Αdditionally, we requested toilet paper, but it was only provided the following day. As you can understand, having to wait an entire day for such a basic necessity made us feel very uncomfortable.

This is the main location. It’s easily accessible, but there are no other positive feedbacks. The room was not worth the price because it was located near the city, where they charge high prices for accommodations that are below average.

Clean, functional, convenient location

It is our second time here. We are again very satisfied. It is small hotel of 4 rooms. Very affordable prices. Just be aware they do not have room/clean service during your stay. At other point you have your privacy. We like it!

Location is near at the Republic Square and Lucia is very helpful We stayed for 2 days and cleaning was not part of the service.

Great place, clean and comfortable for a good price. Shower is nice with great pressure, place has AC, fridge and had some coffee too which we really appreciated. When we arrived no one was there and we didn't have any data as we had just arrived. We had to go to a cafe and the gentleman was really nice and called the owner, but I think would be great if there was someone waiting for us.

Good small hotel of 4 rooms. We stayed twice, in the room 3 and later in the room 1. During our first stay sometimes there was smell in the toilet, administrator said they will check it later. In the room 1 everything was without any issues. Facility is well maintained. Very clean. Administration is very responsive.

The staff was really good and helpful. Also she eas available all the time . The location is also perfect. It is so close to republic square( 15 minutes on foot) and the neighborhood is so serene and quiet. The hair dryer was not working. The position and location of the shower was not good.

The host is always accessible by chat, and so much helpful. The location is good. In the hotel neighborhood, restaurants and supermarkets are available. The flat was clean, with a nice street view and plenty of daytime sunlight.

This small hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the Italian Embassy and a 10-minute walk to the very center, Republic Square. Carrefour is just in the next building and open till midnight. All rooms are located on the second floor, boasting high ceilings and a quiet street view. The rooms come equipped with a fridge, cups, and cutlery, making it very convenient. The good internet and Smart TV were great amenities to have. Everything was clean, neat, and definitely worth the money. While there isn't a 24/7 reception, the owner is always available online via WhatsApp, which made communication even more comfortable. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience here.
