It is very new and modern; very comfortable! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Parties going on nearby can be noisy late at night.

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. If you're visiting Yerevan, Red Bridge Hotel should be your first and only choice. The hotel is beautifully situated along a river, which adds a wonderfully serene and picturesque quality to the whole stay. We actually began our trip staying at the Radisson Blu, expecting the polished experience that comes with a well-known international brand. Unfortunately, it fell well short of what you'd expect from a 5-star property - and we made the decision to move. Switching to Red Bridge Hotel was one of the best choices of our trip. From the moment we arrived - earlier than scheduled, the staff welcomed us warmly and arranged an early check-in without any hesitation. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The overall atmosphere is just genuinely lovely, warm, and inviting in a way that a big chain hotel rarely manages to pull off. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the city center, which is a fantastic and thoughtful touch for guests who want to explore Yerevan with ease. If you're planning a visit to Yerevan, skip the big names and go straight to Red Bridge. It delivers everything a 5-star stay should - and then some. We won't be staying anywhere else on our next visit. There is some construction activity in the surrounding area and the local infrastructure, and roads still needs upgrading - but compared to everything the hotel itself delivers, this is a very small inconvenience that shouldn't put anyone off.

Excellent choice of breakfast. Modern room. Great view on the river and Red bridge. Stylish architecture. Roses every morning. Late check out until 3 pm was available. Good wifi. Free transport to downtown. All good

very nice hotel facilities, river view room was lovely, spacious terrace with a nice view location, getting there walking with a suitcase from city center was a little uncomfortable as some parts of the road are unpaved. it's a little off the beaten track with all good and bad that comes with it (hotel offer shuttle service to city center)

Everything was good. According to winters temperature of the hotel,room & washroom was pleasant. Overall property was good. Location i think was little inside. But near to the airport approx 20 min drive.

I liked the welcoming and the great fast service. Always there and everything to point. Cleanliness and luxury. Food in the buffet amazing and various. The views were marvelous. Rivers, nature, kids room for toddlers, nature-friendly products . The staff were very supportive. And the driving to the center of the city is complimentary from the hotel. Simply wow. I'll definitely recommend it Nothing.. everything was amazing

Views on the river making it like living in the countryside, the beautiful garden including the lights and decorations, breakfast was great and the staff were helpful It is a bit far from city centre and the streets were covered in ice which makes walking little hard
