Alisa from the Front Desk was fantastic! She thought of every detail from pre-arrival to check-in to our early morning departure. She made sure we had everything we need, personally escorted us to our room, packed a breakfast for us to take with on our early morning flight departure, and she stayed up all night making sure everything was in order for our stay and truly has the BEST customer service. I think she is an amazing ambassador for this hotel. The room itself was very large, spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Quality ceramic tea kettle and mugs, plates, cutlery all provided, a lovely dining table and large office desk, comfortable lounging chairs, tv, minifridge, safe, very clean washroom, great view of the city. Very secure, professional and welcoming! Everything was wonderful. If I were to add something it would be to have room service available, but it is easy enough to have yandex food delivery come to the hotel. Alisa even brought up our food for us. She is amazing!!

The property was under reconstruction. It was dusty. They said just sorry. The breakfast was poor.

An excellent place for a short stay. Good accommodations, friendly staff, spacious rooms, tasty breakfast! This is a first choice we consider in our travels to Armenia. This time there was nothing to complain about.

We loved the room and the overall ambience, especially the lobby with its big Christmas tree. The manager greets us every day and night and he is very accommodating, making us feel truly VIP. The room was large and spacious, offering great value for money, with full glass windows facing the city and street. There is a big smoking area at the rooftop, an excellent breakfast, and good security as well. Highly recommended for the value for money. The sofa covers needs to be changed gradually.

The room was very spacious and our kid could play around. I would definitely recommend it. Very close to the center and convenient distance to the airport.

Decent breakfast, huge rooms. Carpets need attention, beds could be better. Breakfast spread can be better and the person/s serving should be 100 percent ready at the announced time.
