Hotel has a great central location, very close to the main square. The staff is helpful and friendly and the cleanliness in exceptional. The property gave us complimentary early check in and that is always a great advantage. Breakfast in delicious and meets all the main dietary needs, but there could be a bit more variety. Both pillows in the rooms are very high and hard, there could be a choice for better comfort. After using the sauna it's always pleasant to chill in spa area, but there is no furniture for that and that could be a nice addition for recreational area.

Rooms are a bit old fashioned, bed could be better, they asked me my credit card number and expiration date on checkout in order to refund me food deposit.

The SPA and GYM The reception ( 2 women) at the SPA and GYM are very aggressive and very rude and disrespectful towards the guests specially if not Armenian guests, discrimination against others was very obvious and see it everyday , It was actually suffering to be there. I recommend to stay in this hotel only if you will not visit the SPA or the Gym to avoid feel this discrimination against you and your companions ( if you are not Armenian) Also services in the SPA not much ( it is only sauna ) and every time I go ( normally between 12 and 1 pm) always sauna shuts down and I had to ask the SPA reception to turn on the sauna and was always receiving a very bad response with angry face ( like hate to see you as a guest) and then one of them turn on the sauna and leave , when I say thank you, both they just ignore and look at me like an idiot! Please please carful from them and do not try to complain to the hotel management as the hotel management will not even think to meet you and they will send you a junior employee to talk to you and will tell you that they ( as hotel management) can do nothing because the SPA and the GYM basically sold or leased out to an different owner who they cannot talk to. So please avoid the whole hotel or at least avoid the SPA and the GYM

The hotel has a great location in a quiet area, yet close to the city center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good sound insulation. The staff was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was rich and tasty, with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the overall calm atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and the stay was very comfortable.

The staff is alright and really friendly, the room was clean. All of ths was the case also on my earlier stay this year. The location is also perfect. Unfortunately the room I received this time (524 I think it was) was very, but really very noisy - the noise of air conditioning I presume. You just could not ignore it. It was like sleeping in the engine room, though the aircon performance was the main issue worse than the noise. The room temp was above 27C all stay. When I turned the cooling on it actually gave even more heat. Turning it back to heating made the aircon fan stop, but the room kept the temp above 27 most of the day. overnight it gradually dropped to 24C where I found it in the morning after night work. I woke up after a few hours, not rested at all. I asked for support at the reception, but it didn't help.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us—especially in helping my father, which meant a lot to us. Their compassion and understanding truly stood out. The location is also great—very convenient and easy to get around. Their pool and spa facilities were great too. Without a doubt, I’d return again. Highly recommended! Breakfast options could be more
