Breakfast could be better

Very clean and well maintained. The room was spatious, staff was friendly and breakfast was excelent. The room had a big bed (i think 1.8m wide) very comfortable, sockets everywhere, and sound insulation is pretty good, we could not hear anything from the other rooms. Excellent value for money

The location was convenient, and the hotel was generally okay for a short stay. The room and basic facilities were acceptable. For a four-star hotel, some basic amenities were missing. No bathrobes were provided, no shaving kit was available, and the dental kit was not replaced during the stay. Additionally, the behavior of some staff members was not very professional, which affected the overall experience.

What I really liked the most about the hotel was the hospitality of their staff. All of their staff were well accommodating and professional, from the receptionist up to the housekeepers, everyone was really nice! In addition to this, we also got a room upgrade without us even asking for it! Originally, we booked for a standard twin room but we were upgraded to a superior room, which really made our stay much much more comfortable. The location of the hotel is also ideal, as it is really close to the heart of the city, so that made it easier for us to go get a quick city tour, ourselves. Overall, I really loved the place, not to mention the hotel amenities, which we also enjoyed a lot! There’s nothing that I could think of.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We were within walking distance of Republic Square, local restaurants, and a small convenience store. Everyone was very professional and nice. They even arranged our transportation to the airport. Thanks!

Everything is perfect I had to go out in front of the hotel for smoking

Genuinely loved our stay here. The property is located on the highest 2 floors of a building that is in the center of things, but just far enough from the busy streets to be both very quiet and not overly touristy. The King Suite was spacious, with dark wood furnishings and a light colored couch. The room had insulated windows and 2 AC units, so the temperature was great for sleeping. There was plenty of closet space for clothing and luggage. In addition, there was a restaurant, a pool, a steam/sauna and other services available from the hotel. Outside of the hotel were parks and various businesses like restaurants, a grocery (next door), a laundry (across the street), etc. because the hotel is located in a place where there are some homes/apartments for locals. But when you wanted to get to Republic Square it was just a five minute walk on level pavement to see the museums, fountains, etc. The bathroom was a bit compact compared to the room size but not so small that you felt claustraphobic (like you might in an airplane bathroom!)

Great location, new hotel, friendly very helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Linen and towels might be renewed to maintain the highest standards.
