فقط یک مقدار باید وسایل اتاق ها که کهنه شده از یخچال موکت کف اتاق در صورت امکان تعویض یا باز سازی شود باتشکر این سه روز دخترم برام گرفته بود و۹ روز هم خودم قبلا رزرو کردم جمعا ۱۲ روز در هتل شیراک بودم چون وقت سفارت داشتم با تشکر از کارکنان هتل شیراک به امید باز دیلر مجدد دراین هتل

I really enjoyed my 10-day stay at Shirak Hotel. The location was excellent—taxis could drop me off right at the entrance, making it very convenient. My room on the 11th floor had an amazing panoramic view, especially of Mount Ararat, which I loved waking up to every morning. The staff were very friendly and kind, and they made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, and I looked forward to it each day. The room was a comfortable size for one person. It had two separate beds, but I would have preferred one large bed instead. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again on my next visit to Yerevan. The only minor issues were that the floor in the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the TV internet connection was sometimes slow.

Nothing Extremely disappointing stay. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Communication was aggressive and I was literally spoken to in a yelling tone over the phone, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The payment situation was also poorly handled. Guests are expected to pay in cash, which was not clearly communicated in advance and caused unnecessary stress upon arrival. I only stayed one night and immediately moved to a different hotel because the experience was so poor. The property does not meet basic hospitality standards and does not feel guest-friendly at all. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. There are far better and more professional options available nearby.

Great location, good food, clean room rooms The personnel was not very friendly. I had one serious problem, checking in. I could not pay with a credit card that I used to make a reservation with. Even though the Visa sign was on the door, the front desk lady said that cannot be processed. At many other locations in the city the same day, the card was working, but not at that hotel. We also tried my American Express and another Visa card, but none of them worked. We had to go to ATM in the city, withdraw cash, which cost us additional money, to pay for the stay. It was obvious that their credit card machine was not working properly, but they didn’t apologize and didn’t tell us to wait until maybe it starts working later. We were told to pay cash, which is completely unacceptable, particularly because the reservation was made through booking

Nothing You can't bring a guest into your room. In a HOTEL !!!

The location was great _ breakfast was very good and I found my stay at Shirak Hotel a pleasant experience I believe that if the receptions try to speak English with standard accents near to American or even British accents, it can help us better understand. I did not understand what the reception said one time and I said I did not understand due to her accent but I felt that she took it personally and repeated the answer in a mean way.

The hotel’s location is excellent, which was a big plus. A few minutes walk to Hrabarak and Prospect street. Many good restaurants around the area. Besides the great location, the overall experience was below expectations and not good value for money. On the first night, a staff member opened the room door unexpectedly, it was likely a mistake, but still concerning. Breakfast options were quite limited. While the bread and coffee were good, overall hygiene could be improved, we noticed hair in the food. Despite prepaying for breakfast, we only attended a couple times due to the experience and unwelcoming staff interactions. Room cleaning was also minimal, with bed sheets not being changed during the stay.

There is no water ,tea and coffee in the room and they are not changing the bedsheets on daily basis.they took 4 days to change the bad sheets.no locker available but breakfast was good

Decent breakfast, can be improve. We really love the location as its close to everything and we love the view from our room. Staff is very polite and the hotel is very clean. Hope they can add some slippers and dental kit for guests. Few options for breakfast and same items everyday. No slippers and dental kit for guests.

Cheap amenities

Was clean and nice, but was smoked… and there was a smell. Shower boot wasn’t good.

Nothing. Receptionists were so rude and bad mouth. They do not even know how to talk with the guests. Receptionist behavior, they charge for water even. There are no facilities except the bed to sleep. Whatever you will ask them they will say NO. My experience was disaster and disappointing. I will never stay in the hotel again even I will tell all of my friends that do not book this hotel for your stay in Yerevan.
