The toilet flush gets stuck. There’s no cold water – it’s so hot it burns the skin. The air conditioner didn't work properly.

Definitely recommend this place ! Ararat Hotel is a great place to stay in Yerevan — comfy rooms, perfect location, and friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty, though it could start a bit earlier. Definitely recommend!! Thanks to the staff, very nice and kind people. The breakfast could start earlier, but it was very delicious !

My stay at Ararat Hotel was a truly lovely experience. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan, yet quiet and peaceful, especially in the garden area which felt like a hidden sanctuary. The room was warm, clean, and beautifully designed with elegant wooden details and heated floors that made it feel extra cozy. The breakfast offered a wide selection, and everything I tried was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were polite and helpful, and although the check-in process was a bit formal, everything else was handled smoothly. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a touch of tranquility in the city.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ararat Hotel in the center of Yerevan! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. It's close to the city. The reception in the morning is not friendly and I booked for the queen size and they gave me a twin bed. There are mosquitos in the room and it's hot.

I liked the hotel very much. It was in the centre,the room was large and comfortable.I booked single room they gave me large room with king size bed. I liked the breakfast it was fresh and tasty. The pool was closed but they told me it will be reopened on March.I will recommend this hotel and sure will come back on my next vacation.

Good location. Close to many tourist attractions the balcony is beautiful. Nice art work. Lebanese restaurant by the Russian Federation Embassy was good. The hotel rooms are dusty and old. The free breakfast is cold and I got food poisoning. I had to buy medicine. I have been sick all day. Yerevan is known for food poisoning lawsuit criminal intent mass contamination and yet they are still careless with the food. The vents had black circles it could be dust or mold. The gym facilities do not all work. The treadmill was broken. The pool area was filthy at the bottom. The towels and wash clothes have human hair all over it. The bathtub was dirty and moulded on the sides. The luggage cart does not make it all the way to the room because there are two more sets of stairs before you get there. The people above kept dragging chairs and it is carpeted but you still hear the chairs dragging. They do not offer luggage storage lockers. Very dusty room. I was blowing my nose every morning when I woke up. Breakfast isn't until 9am when all the attractions open so you really can't get to eat before anything begins but I guess that is a favour really as you will just catch food poisoning. The staff constantly asking you if you like Armenia. No one speaks English well. Not worth the money. They need to learn how to clean the rooms and sanitise for COVID and other germs and bacteria. Bell Boy only available after 16:00.
