The staff were warm and helpful. The location was convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The bed was too soft. The thermostat had little relationship to the actual temperature in the room. There was way too little drawer space.

I liked the easy communication before arrival, the friendly staff ! The cleanliness and the comfort of the room ! We had a tiny issue with the WiFi but nothing major.

Clean and modern, good location and decent quality menu for room service. Staff was very polite and proactive. We had a nice room on the 13th floor with far views of Mount Ararat Peak covers in snow during summer time. A small mistake during check out which was promptly rectified by the competent staff.

Good location, Friendly staff, clean and pleasant room. There isn't a good selection of TV channels. The refrigerator works only when the room card is inserted. When removing the card, it no longer works.

Only the location is great. Attitude of the staff. Very arrogant. Only keeping 2 tea bags per day for 2 persons n when आसखेफ more lot of questioning as if we are beggars. After paying such a tariff this was totally ridiculous n can not be tolerated. Not bringing the full ordered items n when cross questioned then getting it. Not a Hilton standard at all. In future I will avoid Hilton.

While breakfast was excellent and facilities are fair and clean the most biggest credit went to stuff. Their customer centricity and delivering exceptional service are on the highest level. Thank You for Your service, it would be nice and wise to visit Double Tree Yerevan again
