Manand Hotel

Excellent location and very comfortable room. The room was also very clean. The bathroom was not great. There was a water drainage issue in the shower resulting in a small "pond" of water creating each time one takes a shower which took some time to drain. Also the staff were not friendly at all..

The room was spacious and comfortable And we can see Ararat from the balcony - how about that?! But the best thing was that we arrived at 6am and were given a room for a small additional fee, so we can catch up with sleep after red-eye flight and morning walk through Yerevan Hotel is just next to Kondo district and plenty of shops / food places hundred meters away (don't miss fruit shopping at the corner of Paronyan street, just after bakery) Pillows were too big - if I have to complain ;)

Refrigerator. Sofa. The room wasn't really warm. We couldnt control the temperature. The shower is big but noisy and cold. The water is hot but the bathroom was cold itself. They dont clean your room daily. They didnt clean my room for 6 days.

It was clean, 20 mins to Republic square by walk No air conditioner, very small room, a lot of noises, very uncomfortable bed, no elevator !

WiFi was good and staff polite and attentive. I think breakfasts choice could be improved, but I doubt if it would. Hotel is located near the city center, but the traffic on the street is intensive and sometimes noise was a bit annoying.

I liked the behavior of the hotel staff and their effective relationship with me, and that I was given a good breakfast every day and they did their best to make me happy even more than their duties. Only a cold and clogged bath well, which was solved in less than 2 minutes as soon as the problem was told to the causes.

The location is nice. It was close to wherever I needed to go. Also, whenever I ordered food or taxi, they found the place easily. The breakfast is good and the room that was reallocated to me was spacious and comfortable. The staffing could be improved. Need English speaking staff and with more professionalism. The breakfast portion size was big but no variety - everyday it is the same thing. The hotel does not provide complimentary coffee/tea and water bottles in the room.
