Hotel Lilia Yerevan

Spent 5 days in the hotel while traveling the country. Location is great, not far from downtown and main attractions. At a side street out from the main avenue in the city Supermarket and smaller market areas nearby. Plenty of restaurants around. Safe area with people walking around late at night with no issues. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice and with good options. I mostly spent the day outside from early morning so I was satisfied. N/A

It was just fine. Breakfast was decent. Location was good AC didn’t work properly. Hallway was noisy at night. Small shower & water sprayed everywhere.

The hotel is part of a residential block and is in a very good location. The staff is very kind and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage after we checked out. The room is cleaned every day. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The balcony is above the main street.

The staff especially Lala are very accommodating and friendly. we booked 2 rooms but one of the rooms has a bad wifi connection. breakfast is just ok.

Staff lovely, room was nicely cleaned. There is an exchange at the hotel with good exchange rate so do not exchange at the airport. Location it’s good not too far from republic square WiFi not great, breakfast okay-ish, hair dryer very slowly so if you have long hair will take ages to dry the hair. Felt scammed paying 600 AMD to the hotel to get to the airport, yandex go cost a lot more cheaper.

The location, close to the heart of Yerevan is excellent. The reception staff are so helpful, particularly the lady on the 21st who helped arrange a taxi for my daughter and I to the airport. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable rooms A little noisy next to the main road, but nothing significant

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Lilia Yerevan. What made it exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from the amazing front desk girls. They were kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. They noticed it was my birthday and surprised me with a heartfelt gift and a warm greeting—it meant so much and made my day extra special. I was also offered early check-in, which was much appreciated after my travels, and later when I missed breakfast, they went out of their way to provide a late one just for me. These thoughtful gestures really stood out. In addition, the room was very clean, and I loved that the bedsheets and towels smelled fresh and pleasant—it’s those little details that make a big difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Recently stayed in Hotel Lilia for 5 nights. Hotel is situated really centrally and a short walk to most sites in the city as well as plenty bars, restaurants and cafes. The room was cleaned daily, quiet and contained all basic amenities. Was a great basis for seeing the city. Friendly staff and currency exchange service on site.

Very clean, good location, friendly and helpful staff It was really hot at night. Maybe a good solution would be to lower the heating system a bit
