Unique styele. I will add some brighter lighting options to the room, especially near the mirror, as I felt the overall lighting was a little dark.

Very pretty room.Very kind reception staff willing to help with services and info in general. Breakfast is exceptional, offering very tasty local products. Very pretty hotel and the view from the restaurant is amazing. A room has dry air and the noise from the street is pretty big so opening windows is not possible if you want to have fresh air during the night.

Great hotel ! Amazing staff, tasty breakfast with a view of Ararat. The food was fresh and you could feel they are good quality. The parking was public on the street and during the day it was hard to find a spot but in the evening it was ok.

The dining area and upstairs terrace is very nice and the food was delicious, although we were there for 4 days, and the menu wasn't very diverse. We did not like the room that we received at first, and they let us change, that was very nice. One of us had to leave early, and the hotel prepared a takeaway breakfast for the early morning. The hotel staff was very nice, even if they didn't always speak English. The interieur of the hotel is very nice. There is a huge construction going on right beside the hotel, resulting in noise and dust 24/7. This was the reason why we changed rooms- because our first room completely faced the construction site. Be aware if the photos of the room has closed curtanis -probably that overlooks the construction. There was a very annoying "waterfall" sound behind the walls, that was very disturbing especially during the nights. The temperature of the shower changed from very cold to extreme hot back and forth.

The interiors and overall aesthetics are spot on. A lot of attention to details is clearly visible. Every nook and corner is insta-worthy, including the beautiful rooftop cafe and terrace. The size of the room and bathroom is more than generous. The old-style bath tub is a blessing when you're tired after a long day walking in the city. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the main tourist area and gets tiring but cabs are easily available. There was an old gentleman at the reception one night who doesn't speak any English and came across a little rude and gruff when we asked for an extra blanket. But again, it was a minor thing and it shouldn't stop anyone from booking this hotel. The other members of the staff more than made up for it.
