The room was a bit small specially if you’re traveling with more than one person and 2 luggages. It was kind of difficult to move around

Clean. Comfortable room. Nice bed for babies ( if you requested) Location is good Not enough parking slots, maybe 3-4 only . And one of the man on reception , was not really into helping about our parking, even he saw that we are with small baby. Thanks to his colleague, after I asked other one to help, he found for us

The water they serve. As i arrived at 11am i patiently waited for 4 hours in reception area, because 3pm is the check in. They dont allow us to do early check in because we have to wait because a lot of people will check out. i noticed that no one is checking out. Till 2:30 pm. So i have to talk to the receptionist and she said still cleaning. Then i found out that no one is checking out. They don't have consideration. And i found out that their Aircon is not working. So u decided not to continue my stay. And they want me to pay the 2 nights. And FYI i pay for peace of mind.

Breakfast was good the all 2 days staying there. If & only if I did knew a head that will be an Event I Yerevan win event & can not stay there after 3 days from the beginning would not book there. By 2nd day of staying there I found that as I said it was an win event & after 3 day I have to leave cause the hotel rented our room to some one else & problem start. Imagine you are in the country for a 1st time all of sudden by tomorrow you have to leave & you think you are dreaming but was true. Now you asking me to do the rate really?

Take a photo of your minibar before checking out. Staff pulling shady stuff with claims of opened items that you never opened. I think they only do this if you check out at night and haven't bought their overpriced breakfast or other minibar items. Such a shame and drops this from 10 stars to 8 stars.

Its calm, toilet had bedit (Shataf), Room was small, they gave 2 free water bottles daily by calling room service and they don’t smile at your face. Reception people are serious and unsupportive and just want you to check out to accommodate another people
