No kitchen facility. Internet was worthless

Location No locks for the rooms and bathrooms , very dirty with bad smell , no toiletries , broken fittings

The property is actually normal.. sad they didnt maintain thr facility well.. however, the host did an amazing help in finding a tour transport to Dilijan. Overall, it is okay for a 1 night stay. There was no water when we arrived although the owner informed ahead prior to checking in.

the swimming pool too much insects and the owner went inside after l left my room to switch off the AC, although it was hot that day and he did not inform me that he will enter my room later every time I leave it .

Very relaxed little hotel with an absolutely gorgeous courtyard. The shower pressure and temperature are very nice, and absolutely welcome after spending 6 hours on a marshrutka. There is an English-speaking member of hotel staff. Location is very convenient just across from the train and metro station, and you can also get taxis anywhere using GG or Yandex. The rooms themselves are basic and feel a bit dated, with some things not working as expected, and the walls not being completely painted. Lots of small issues, like the shower pipe being quite leaky & not fully engaging, leaving lots of water dripping into the sink. There's a certain "jank" to the place, but everything major was perfect.

Enclosed yard and swimingpool. The stuff was very nice.

for Erevan, it is cheap. Location close to metro. Quiet place, closed yard where it is easy to store bicycle(s). The staff is friendly (if you speak some russian) but can't help than much Poor wifi connexion (slow, unstable). Water shutdown during the night. Equipments no in.very good condition in some bedrooms.

Nothing. It was the worst room I've ever booked. - The room was in construction state (as I understand from other reviews, it's being this state for years); - Shower room was too dirty, too wet with a lot of black mold on the walls; - From 11pm till 8am water in the room becomes turned off; - It smells like kennel in the room; - Too many insects: some kind of beetles, woodlice and at least two colony of ants that fress each other and everything you leave in the room; - Too poor soundproofing: you may hear how your neighbor and comrade in misfortune farts behind the wall.

A metro station is in nearby less than 5 minutes walking, The reception was a kind old lady. The yard and its design is nice. The room size was ok. In nights walking in street is frightening and you have to install gg internet taxi before traveling to Yerevan, some small cockroaches were in room, don't expect a normal hotel room from there. A bad smell from bathroom annoyed us.

It was too cold , not clean , the bed and toilet needs to repair
