The management was sucked for renting the room with reservation by booking . Com they had credit card reader but pretending is not working asking for cash cash cash just awful behavior Management and never in their site mentioned that they don’t accept credit card the hotel employee at 12 pm com to my room door said that manager said you have to pay cash or get out of here didn’t have cash offer them credit card they said our card reader is broken

You can hear the voices in the next room.

The mattress was uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep at all. The rooms were not sound insulated and we could hear noises from the street and neighboring rooms. On top of that it smelled from the bathroom and leaked from the toilet

The people working in hotes are super nice and client-oriented, the quality is good for its cost I liked everything

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was a great stay and it was close to many places

Really clean and well appointed and generously sized room appointed to a European standard with comfortable bed and air conditioning. The shower was super clean and worked a treat. The room also has a kettle and coffee sachets and tea bags supplied and also drinks bar fridge. The location is brill as it is within easy walking distance to the Sasuntsi David Metro / railway station which meant that super easy to catch the train to Gyumri or hop on the Metro to explore the city. Moreover there is a reserved parking area in front of the hotel which meant that taxis could stop immediately outside the hotel and which we used (via Yandex Taxi app) to go on private tours. At the price point and all in all can't rate highly enough! The bedside light wasn't working.

Located a 15 minute walk from Central station, the hotel is modern and well appointed. The beds were amazing and the rooms spacious. Despite being located on a main road, the rooms were quiet throughout the night. The hotel had a slightly strange smell, like damp laundry.
