The room was clean and big enough. On the 4th floor there is an amazing view on the Ararat mountain. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is quite convenient not far from the railway and metro station. Also their food is very tasty. Continental breakfast was good and they served it whenever we wanted. All the dishes in the restaurant were delicious: hinkali, grilled meat, salads and especially wines(the best pomegranate wine I ever had). In general the value of the place is excellent

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Any question or request I had was handled quickly and cheerfully, which made the experience even better. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for the amazing staff alone. All great!

The prices are quite reasonable, especially when you consider the spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast, and cleaning services. I’ve had a few instances where hot water wasn’t available. While the overall prices are reasonable, the cost of laundry is a bit higher.

in terms of price-value it is quite nice, a little old fashioned and needs some cleaning though.

Bed was kind of hard for my taste. The doors to the rooms are made of frosted glas which doesn’t feel very private. This isn’t a 5 star hotel of course tho, so all in all still great value and I absolutely recommended!

She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us plan our local sightseeing. Her guidance was invaluable and truly appreciated. Convenient Location: The hotel is situated just 4–5 km from the city center, making it easy to access taxis and public transportation. A great base for exploring the area. Clean & Comfortable Rooms: Our room was spotless and cozy, with a lovely outdoor sitting area that added a relaxing touch to the stay. Monotonous Breakfast: Unfortunately, breakfast was a letdown. The same limited options—fried eggs, sausage, and bread—were served every day. In a country rich with fresh fruits, it was surprising not to see even a single piece offered. Basic items like milk, butter, and jam were also missing. Weak Air Conditioning: The A/C struggled to keep up with the summer heat, making nights uncomfortable due to sweating. Wi-Fi Issues: The internet was initially very weak, though thankfully it was fixed later during our stay. Language Barrier: Liana was the only staff member fluent in English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
