Benefice Hotel Yerevan

Really clean room, and I asked about a baby crib. I was happy to receive a proper crib for sleeping instead of a playpen, like the ones offered at other places. During my trip, I was given playpens in two different hotels, so this was a pleasant surprise. I loved the clean room and wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately everything was already booked. Just one small suggestion: it would be nice to have at least one bedside lamp. It was also nice to have coffee in the morning. I will definitely come back if I visit Armenia again!

Я оставалась в этом отеле с 2022 года на постоянной основе, советовала его всем своим друзьям и родственникам. Но не могу не заметить насколько же ухудшилось качество и выросла стоимость (неоправданно). Моё последнее пребывание было ужасным, грязный ковролин, грязные стены, страшно было потерять тапочку, находясь внутри номера. Одним словом разочарование!

After a stressful last-minute cancellation elsewhere, this establishment swooped in as an absolute lifesaver ?, offering a room at roughly 27,000 AMD (about €64) per night, which was an exceptional value ?. Furthermore, the delightfully obliging reception staff deserve a hearty commendation for being thoroughly lovely and perpetually eager to assist ?️❤️ Regrettably, our double bed was merely two twin mattresses masquerading as one, which possessed a cheeky tendency to slide outwards throughout the night ?️?. Additionally, the bidet's water pressure was rather temperamental ?, the windows offered quite uninspiring views, and the general décor (particularly the tired carpets) felt a touch rough around the edges ?️?.

Everything is fine except the room is too congested.

That was so clean and we had a memorable time in there. They were so hostipable. And everything was so good. I wish the best for them ?

I wish the internet connection was better, so I could stay longer.

The hotel was clean and tidy. However, even though the towels were washed, they had old stains on them which was a bit off-putting; they really should be replaced. Also, one of the mattresses in Room 11 has a spring issue. Aside from that, the staff were very friendly and polite, and they resolved other issues quickly and smoothly. The location was great regarding the Central Railway Station. It was a little far from Republic Square, but that actually made the area quite cozy and quiet. One broken mattress, stained towels.

Very friendly hotel staff, clean , quiet hotel It's not near the city center and you don't find much for walkable destination, I Think metro was 15/20 mins walk from the hotel,

Nothing. Dirty room, A/C unit not working, Drying fan not working, Mini- Fridge turned off, extremely and extremely loud! Wi-Fi turning off and on 24/7, the shower temperature automatically goes cold or extremely hot, I received a burn. People playing music at 3-5AM. Some kind of construction site right by my window in the morning. The kitchen is 5 feet away from my room, I could hear people clearly talking, eating and overall living life 24/7. I will be disputing this and expecting a full refund. I wish I could attach video proof here, I’m extremely unhappy with my stay.

Accessible. And the staffs are very accomodating specially the one who’s in the night shift. I forgot his name, but he is very responsive and very attentive to pur needs.

Clean bathroom and room size. We stayed in Room No. 2 on the ground floor. Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room. I’m not sure if it was coming from the uncleaned carpet or some kind of gas, but it was so bad that even our clothes and belongings started to absorb the odor. We couldn’t open the windows either, as there was a construction site right outside. Breakfast is served at 9:00 am, which feels too late, and the breakfast was just average.

well designed rooms, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Wifi had some problems, was turning off often. location is a bit noisy in the morning
