Почему-то в самый разгар сезона, летом, отель решил провести ремонтные работы в спа. Мы надеялись расслабиться в сауне, но на время нашего пребывания (думаю и до и после) спа было закрыто

Our stay at Venice Spa Complex Hotel Yerevan was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and offers excellent value for money. What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay truly enjoyable. We would especially like to thank Ani. She provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay and always went the extra mile to help us. One day we had trouble with a food delivery because we didn’t have an Armenian phone number. Ani immediately took the initiative, contacted the restaurant herself, stayed in touch with them, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. She helped us several times during our visit, always with kindness, patience, and a genuine smile. We sincerely hope that the hotel’s management will see this review and recognize Ani for her outstanding work. Employees like her create unforgettable guest experiences and are a true asset to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely choose Venice Spa Complex again when we return to Yerevan. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect!

There was not bathroom robe in the room. Breakfast also was not good.vAlso they gave us room without window when we booked with one there was impossible to breathe. after 1 hour of discussing that we could not stay there they changed it. Staff also need to be more trained. In the shower you needed to wait to long for hot water.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room were clean and well designed. The smart TV was a plus point ☺️ Great view of Ararat mountains while having breakfast The breakfast could have better variety The bathroom could have a shelf or cabinet for cosmetics and other stuff. There was just one hook to hang towels, no towel shelf was there.

Property is renovated Carpets are clean even inside the room The staff are really nice and there is a very sweet receptionist young Lady I forgot her name :( The cleaners are 10/10 I love how they clean the rooms it is like your first check in date ! - The bathroom had a weird smell if you don’t close the shower drainage very well - mattress is very soft , I ended up sleeping on the cover itself for some more support but that’s just me, I have back issues and prefer harder mattresses Otherwise everything is well

A lovely stay in a newly renovated hotel. All facilities are modern and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the spa is excellent. Special thanks to the wonderful lady for massage, super and relaxing. Highly recommended. All is good! We come back every time we are in town

New very clean property with very friendly polite staff, specially liked the chief chef Mohammed who was so friendly and waiter Artur always helpful and caring ?❤️ All was good, sauna and steam room still not open as facility was brand new, I am sure it will be fantastic.

Worst experience ever - Avoid this hotel! Nothing about this place was likeable. The location of the hotel was terrible. It is quite far from the city center and far from any facilities, whether it be a shop or a place to eat. On our very first day, they tried to overcharge us and demanded a higher price than what was agreed. Furthermore, they told our friend, who had a confirmed reservation, that their booking didn't exist. The room conditions were unacceptable. There was only cold water in the bathroom. When we contacted the reception, the staff came up and literally stood there for 10 minutes with their hands under the stream, waiting for it to get warm. We had already waited 10 minutes before they arrived, and the water never even got lukewarm. The staff's attitude was dismissive, rude, and ironic. When I asked what we should do if the water went cold again, they told me I just had to wait as long as it took to heat up. When I finally tried to take a shower, the water went cold again. We called the reception once more, and they mockingly told us to wait exactly "6 minutes" this time. One staff member even arrogantly told me he wasn't a "magician" and couldn't help us :). The facilities were a joke. The pool water was cold—barely lukewarm—and the same applied to the jacuzzi. Both saunas were turned off and not working. For a hotel that claims to be a 5-star establishment, they didn't even have basic bathrobes. When we pointed this out, they told us it "wasn't a big deal" and that we should just use towels. Overall, a horrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The restaurant staff were exceptional. Very polite and good. The food was great as well. Reception staff. Totally rude and zero skill of customer support, total disrespectful. Our room was located was located next to the elevator, and the noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep, so we politely asked to change the room for that night but they refused. After lots of back and forth they change the room to another location. That other room was ok, but still the windows had a strong crackling sound randomly at night.

The hotel is big and has good amenities (indoor pool, gym and outdoor pool which was not in service when we visited). The staffs were friendly and the hotel is clean. The hotel is away from the city and located in a small street therefore be prepared for it as this will be factored in the price.
