It's run by Chinese who don't speak Armenian or English. But you can use Google translate to get by. The one guy at reception helped me translate 10 pages of Armenian to English which was so helpful. There's a huge bottled water on the 1st floor so you can have your fill. This was very handy. The location was easy to find and fantastic; a five minute walk from the train station and there's a shop 100m from the hotel. There is a window on the 3rd floor where you can see Ararat, seeing if it's a clear day or not from here can help plan your activities for the day I booked 2 nights and decided to book 2 more. But one of the staff spoke to me like garbage, he was really nice the day before but because of this I cancelled 2 more nights and moved on, it was too hot anyway so I wanted a hotel with a pool. It also must be said that the room smelled funny. They have a Vietnamese restaurant but I felt it was expensive for yerevan

The hotel is very easy to find. I saw it just walking straight from the subway station at Yerevan Railway Station. The service attitude is good, the room is relatively clean, and there is no peculiar smell. There is a restaurant on the first floor. I tried the Chinese rice bowl, which tasted pretty good. The hotel's underground first floor is a youth hostel. It is super cheap. You can stay for about $4 a night for one bed. I still prefer spacious houses.

Only Bad words can describe this hotel So dirty , bad smell everywhere, bad employee , bad service , lobby used for employees sleeping!!!! Will never go again !!! Not recommend for anyone ! I am afraid maybe i got virus from this furnitures

The reception was 24/7 open The room was clean bed was good..... The best location and view from the hotel was amazing And there was 24/7 room service available

One of the worst hotels that I have stayed. When I arrived, the room didn’t looked like it was cleaned after the previous guest vacated. I had to go to the reception to inform them. 1. There’s no phone connection available in the room to call the reception. There’s neither elevator. I stayed on the third floor. 2. The rooms are cramped. 3. The toilet was not properly lit. Out of 3 lights only 1 was working. 4. The breakfast was the worse that I ever had. In the name of breakfast they served some sugary items which is not at all healthy and cannot be called as breakfast. There wasn’t enough plates/glasses available. 5. While taking the stairs to go to my room, the path was smelly. 6. The hotel doesn’t provide complementary bottle of water which was a first time experience for me. 7. There was frequent power cut in my room for which I found no explanation from the staffs. 8. The hotel is no where near to the picture shown in booking.com. I wonder how such a reputed website can give a rating of 9 for such a poorly managed hotel.

Staff were great and responsible. Breakfast was delicious. It was a safe and peaceful neighborhood and it was also near to train station that is perfect for those who might want to travel to Georgia by train. Cold / Hot water was available 24 h. There was something wrong with the Wi-Fi and I did not have access to the Internet first night but staff did their best to fix it. Their effort was really valuable. There were no elevator and since our room was on 4th floor, It was really hard to reach there. There is no smoking area in the building and you have to descend and climb at least 2 floors to be able to smoke. 4th floor and our room was really hot and air conditioner was not sufficient for that area (even with an extra fan) and due to the hot weather of Yerevan in summer, it was a huge problem.
