The room is very dirty. The bed is very bad and not comfortable at all. There are tiny animals in the room that won't let us sleep until the morning and we are all itchy and the room needs to be sprayed. Is this really a hotel or...? Breakfasts was bad .i think this is hostel

Little bit far from city , but it’s okay only walking distance to the metro station , and very cheap price yandex taxi also available.

Good location to park the car, good for short stayovers. Very limited, but tasty breakfast buffet.

clean rooms and halls. basic but fresh breakfast. friendly staff. pretty close to the center, 2.5 Km walk. mostly silent at nign, at least most nights for me were silent. only basic coffee powder, I would love to see a coffee machine like in many others hotels during breakfast.

The price of the hotel was good especially if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on accommodation. Close to Yerevan mall you can walk to it, Good staff, and they also had water coolers so no need to buy water bottles. The hotel could be cleaner and use a safe and a kettle in the rooms, the breakfast was not bad but could improve a lot more.

A superb location near the main train station and metro. Not far to walk to the Yerevan Mall. I arrived early and it did not take long for my room to be ready. The mattress was old and sagged.

The Hotel is located near the train station and not far from the city center, the room was quite good and very spacious, the breakfast was a little bit poor, but it was ok. A decent Hotel for a very good price

An almost perfect location arriving with the train from Tblisi. Very nice staff and a good breakfast with vegetables, egg, meat for non-vegetarians, local cheeses etc. The area was a little scaring early morning, but after a day I could see the area being nice, started to find more and more shops, a giant supermarket, many toy stores and only two stations from city center with subway. A good internet and nice common rooms to sit in as a change. The hotel is on the Metro-side of the station, after the bus station. The dog barking a lot in the night disqualified the hotel to a 10! Otherwise everything was ok. And I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent hotel (given its price range), very friendly staff, nice hearty breakfast, I generally enjoyed my stay very much. Wi-fi signal coverage was spotty.
