The room was quite big and the beds was quite comfortable. Aquapark tickets includes with a room. We booked the Villa. With 2 bedrooms. But after the check-in we received only the accommodation on the second floor with 2 rooms. The staff wasn't able to help with a luggage when the rooms were really far and you need to go outside of the reception (~100 meters up on the street) The pillows were awful.

I loved the cleanliness, the bed was comfortable, the kind staff were up at 4am to receive us. I also loved the two rooms in our superior cottage. Nothing

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is excellent, and the receptionist (I don’t remember her name) was extremely attentive and always willing to help. The hotel is peaceful. The cleanliness of the aquapark pools could be improved, but the hotel itself is clean.

This hotel is suitable fore people who need pools and gym. The breakfast was so poor. The location is very bad.you could not go anywhere by foot. We asked the reception to take money from the credit card which we reserved by it.but they told you have to pay cash. the hotel was old.

This hotel offers excellent accommodation with a luxurious appearance and professional, attentive staff. The spacious and well-maintained pool is a highlight, and the breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring thoughtful extras like disposable slippers and a bathrobe. The breakfast area is shared with the gym/fitness room, which made it feel a bit unclean and less pleasant. Additionally, I asked the bar staff for a cappuccino at breakfast, and was told it would cost extra. I opted for a regular free coffee instead, which turned out to be a poor experience. The staff made the coffee by simply adding powdered coffee to the kettle, which I found unacceptable. It would have been better to just use the instant coffee in the cup and add hot water. The result was undrinkable.

All the facilities advertised was there. The rides were not functional all the time. It works for some period and stops. The room was fine but some of the items inside the room was broken and old.

Very mice cosy hotel with Aqua park included into the room rate: just great value for money especially for travelling with kids! Nice breakfast (more looks like lunch) with lack of sweet options, but of course it is better for health than cakes and biscuits. Bathroom, because it looks very dated
