Such a lovely hotel with a very warm atmosphere ❤️ The breakfast was very delicious, and the staff made me feel at home from the first moment. Perfect location — quiet but still close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

Location, breakfast, quiet, beds. The bathroom had a slightly sewage odor, and the washing basin tap wasn't secured.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the city center. Hotel staff was very professional and polite! Breakfast had a few choices but it was very good! Also it was relatively quiet. The bathroom is inconvenient if you travel with someone with whom you don't have that kind of intimacy, as the door is made of glass and has gaps, so it doesn't fully close, so you can hear the other person using the bathroom.

Location was great for on foot exploring. The staff were so nice! The facility feels like it might be run by a family and we loved that. The bed was comfortable and the shower got nice and hot. Bathroom amenities were higher end products than most places. Breakfast is repetitive after a few days but made on the spot and tasty. Didn’t love the carpet in the rooms while we were mindful about shoes, you know not everyone is. The pillows could use an upgrade or provide two per guest as they’re pretty flimsy. Google hasn’t updated the new name change which makes finding it a bit challenging but a minor set back.

The hotel was in the middle of the city center , the staff was good and conservative. Everything was clean and they were available throughout the clock. The only downside I see are the stairs , eveything is great

Staff are very polite and supportive. Location is really good near the center of the city and close to the cascades and many tourists attraction places. Delicious breakfast. Unfortunately there was dust on the cabinet and in the bathroom there was hair from the previous resident. It was not cleaned properly. I hope they will take care of this issue. Everything else was good.

What a gem! We had the one bedroom apartment. Spotless and comfortable. Everything you could need. Fabulous staff and delicious breakfast. Walking distance to most sights and tons of fab restaurants! Nothing

Great location, nice area to start exploring Yerevan, quite close to Metro. Kind staff. Everything felt (and worked) quite basic for the price, from breakfast to shower to the bed.

I liked everything. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was served at my table and it was so tasty and filling that it really lasted me all day. The hotel has a very elegant design and the walls are decorated with art work created by Maria, the very kind, talented and endlessly helpful manager, The location is ideal for walking to the central part of Armenia Really loved everything. However if you have trouble getting up and down stairs it may not be the place for you as there is not lift

Aratta Boutique Hotel in Yerevan is a great place with excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. The only downside is that the humidity level was a bit too low for comfort. Still, a lovely stay overall!
